Well from the minute, I walked in the door. It was so bright and cheerful and people were smiling and talking. It was it was great and then when I got to the office itself for the exam, the receptionist was just as sweet as pie and I appreciate that I'm a senior. It's my first pair of glasses so it was a little nervous, but she made me feel great. Filled out a little bit of paperwork and the doctor that gave me the eye exam was awesome. He was talkative inquisitive, and just nice made me very comfortable. Explained everything he was doing and what report said when he was done and explained it to me and I picked up my glasses and I went home and I should have them in about a week and a half they said so I'm really excited they had some really pretty styles of glasses, but Dr. Frank was great so I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend them

Took a test on my peripheral vision that I didn't need, and they wanted $ 110,000 for it. I couldn't pay so they kept my prescription. Then the doctor discussed the equipment as if the readings were unreliable. Said I had some pressure in my right eye but didn't tell me how much. I will never go back again
