I went to this location being only one of a scarce few that take Spectera Insurance which is United Healthcares vision party. The doctor here had no clue how to correct my vision and couldn't get my eyes corrected back to 20/20. I have double vision which requires special prism lenses. But he still wanted to write a prescription. Then when I picked out my frames and requested photo gray lenses, the staff had no clue how to process my insurance. I knew my insurance didn't pay for photo grays, so I said I would pay the difference myself. They couldn't do that. My insurance company was stunned by this. I ended up going somewhere else and had to pay out of pocket since the Walmart vision center used up my insurance for a visit. The second eye doctor had no problems and corrected my vision back to 20/20. Would not recommend this place for vision care.

I had purchased reader glasses some time ago. I needed an adjustment, and I was willing to pay some fee for service. The assistant made the adjustment and would not accept any payment.
This is a huge change.
Several years back, when the store was under a different owner, I had stopped in for an adjustment, and the employee at that time said my glasses were cheap and that I should consider buying new ones.
What a welcome change in ownership and quality of service.

I went to eyemart Express to get glasses. They calculated how much my insurance is going to pay and then told me how much I would need to pay. I paid how much they said I needed to pay. Got my glasses. Went home. About 2 months later I get a letter in the mail saying I owed another $100 because they miscalculated. So I will never go back to them because they tell me I owe one thing. I pay it and then they send me a bill for even more. I would recommend just buying your glasses online and never going to eyemart Express

I was nervous about my eye exam since I have not had one in quite sometime, however the optometrist was very friendly. I also ordered my glasses from this store. They had a wide variety of frames to choose from and there staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and how to care for each type of frame. I will be going back for all my future glasses and accessories.

Absolutely awful. Lied to right from the start. This is my 1st pair of glasses ever and I didn't know how the whole thing worked When I asked about the price of the exam I was told the glasses were included. Ok..I can understand the glasses cost more. But when you're told you'll have glasses in 10 days and day 20 rolls around and I have to call them....they tell me there was a mistake at the factory. Give it another 7-10 days. I'll NEVER go there again!

I just want to say it's so rare to have folks go out of their way to help you now a days, but I came in to the Vision Center recently with a prescription for new glasses, and I knew it was right at closing time, but the associates were so nice and stayed late I'm sure to help me. Thank you so much Stephanie and Connie Wilmoth (hope I remember that correctly). They were both so helpful at a hectic time of year!
