I will never go back again. They used to be great. Today I used a machine that squirted air in my eye and I saw disgusting eye goo splatter all over the outlet spraying the air before my test(i should have left immediately). Plus I almost got charged for a 3rd pair of glasses and I never got an itemized reciept. I hope I dont get pink eye.

PLEASE READ My wife and son had a horrible experience with the Asheville location today at 10:50am. My wife drove 40 miles to take our son to his appointment. Upon arrival they canceled his appointment without notice, text message or e-mail. Their lame excuse will not surpass the utter stupidly. This is a woke establishment and I would recommend that you go a competitor that takes pride in excellent service instead of shot gunning their customers! The CEO will be contacted by certified mail and will be advised that management at this location should be replaced due to poor metrics compared to their other locations! This location is a joke! Update; Immediately went to a competitor near this location and was treated like a customers should be and will be getting his glasses today!!! Thanks Stanton, Americas Worst could not handle the job!!!

I have been a loyal customer of this store, and I have always come to buy here from them, and I had never had problems, I always take two for a single price recently I made a purchase of a few pairs of lenses which, they gave me the price and I agreed because I added other things to the lenses, what they do not explain is that you only pay for one and if you want the other you have to pay another price. When it was buy one and get the other The only thing they do is scam you and when they announce things and you go to the store they don't tell you exactly what they are announcing. You pay too much to get it in a very cheap case. And on top of that they give you a very bad attention. I personally would not recommend this store to you. Don't waste your time with this type of staff that this company has.

Skip it. It's only a remote doctor. There's nothing "personal" about this "personal" eye care. You see the doctors face on the TV screen but for all you know he could be watching a muted video about a dwarf with a hot one legged goat wearing spandex. Having to speak up for a TV camera with bad audio is more like shouting at a horse race than having an actual conversation about your eye care. I would of sworn the sign said "two glasses 79.99" but I was charged that price for each one. It has been 2 days and my eyes still hadn't adjusted to these lenses you prescribed. Sketchy lenses and a ridiculous over priced plastic frames with a poor excuse for an eye exam. I'm going somewhere else if I decide these glasses won't work for me. (Why would I want to go through this again?) And no, Amer. Best Corporate, don't contact me. I won't change my review. You made quality cutbacks, you get review cutbacks.

Professional, fast and affordable. A great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable especially Marcus and Riley.

The Dr. here is wonderful. Idk if it's because I switched from glasses to contacts, but he did an amazing job with my prescription. The stars have never twinkled so bright!

Please be careful when buying glasses from the Tunnel Road location in Asheville N.C. i went to pick up my glasses, the woman at the desk threw them at me. When I saw the glasses I tried to tell her that was not the frame that i had chosen. When I tried them on I knew right away that the script was wrong. Once again I tried to talk to her but she just did not want to hear my concern. I will be taking these glasses back, because I cannot see out of them. Hopefully I will be able to talk to someone that will listen. Please read the reviews before you go to this store.
