Kim helped me with my contact lens fitting today and she was incredibly kind and helpful! She was so thorough with her explanation and was so detailed in her examination. I felt like she cared about getting the best fitting lens for me. She was so knowledgeable and really took her time to make sure I left with the best options. I can't thank her enough. I'm so grateful for her. She's a rare gem

Both Caleb and Dr. Brien were very thorough, efficient and explained everything to me in detail. The receptionist and the woman at the frame center were very nice and helpful as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Everyone was very nice to me. Very knowledgeable and explained thing to me step by step. I was very disappointed in the woman who checked me in. She was very nice to my face but when I walked away I heard her say some things to the other girl who was checking in people. I hope she realizes voices carry into the waiting room.

Physician, Dr Scott is a very skilled & talented eye surgeon! He answers all questions with a smile, is very insightful and all encompassing with his recommendations. I had to wait 11 months to see him. He was definitely worth the wait!!!! Candy who works with Dr Scott helped me with my anxiety and other questions before I saw Dr Scott. She is very knowledgeable, quick with a smile and kind. She helped me relax when I had skin tags (that could have been cancerous, I've had melanomas) removed from the waterline of my eye. WOW! In no time, this fabulous team had finished my little surgery, swept away my fears, set me up with great home care and sent me home with my questions answered. BTW: Dr Scott was highly recommended by numerous doctors in the Western North Carolina area.

Doctor Davis and staff is the greatest. All the way from the front desk to checkout. They are the friendliest group. They take time to explain what's going on. They are not in a hurry to push you through and get to the next patient. They will take the time to answer questions and comfort your concerns. Thank you. Dr. Davis and staff.

Everyone was so nice, and made me very relaxed. When trying on frames the lady was patient and very helpful. But a big shout out ( I wish I knew your name) to the woman with the Jordans. Thank you for understanding my anxiety with this appt and making me feel "normal"

As usual, Dr. Davis was wonderful! However, arriving for a 7:40 appt and not seeing the provider until 8:30 was not what I had planned and that was without having eyes dilated. Also not happy about a $40 refraction fee to basically print my Rx on top of a $40 copay.

I was called this morning and told me my appointment had been changed from 3 to 2 because of cancellation. I got there at 1:30. I was seen at 3:15. Everything went smooth and very good and very professional except for the time weight thank you. not doctor fault something is wrong with your answering service. That is sending out appointments to people three and four times a day.
