Eyemart Express

Frank was great. Spoke over the phone, and then he also helped me when I went to the store. Got temporary glasses for post cataract surgery, 2 pairs for 39.95! They say "glasses in 1 hour", but pairs were ready in less than 15 minutes. Since I needed glasses quickly, Lenscrafters, Walmart, and Professional Vision all recommended Eyemart Express because they all take 10 to 14 days. Of course for that price I was limited to certain frames, but for my purpose this worked perfectly. I got one pair for distance and one pair for closeup as Frank advised for this purpose and price. Obviously, for better frames and more add-ons like glare prevention, progressive lenses, etc. the price goes up, but I looked at the other frames, and they looked reasonably priced compared to other places. The same day deal applies to all glasses.

Awesome again!! Reba and the whole team (not sure the names of the other ladies but there were 2 other sweet and super helpful staff there!) did it again! We needed affordable glasses for my 8 year old daughter who had been counting down the days to get her vision corrected. We needed them in a hurry. Reba not only helped us pick a beautiful style but helped me price things and prioritize! I always get the lens replacement insurance because I've used it again and again! The glasses were ready in about 20 minutes Everyone made my daughter feel seen and cared for and well fitted in her new specs. Such an important service and I was literally crying tears of joy as she put on her first pair of glasses and could finally see clearly! I have had two other wonderful experiences there getting my own glasses and lenses replaced and we highly recommend!!!

Niki, that handled the exam was great, she explained everything she was doing in detail, throughout the entire time . She was very knowledgeable and you could tell she loved her job. When I came out to buy my frames, I was trying on alot of them and had the help of Reba, she helped me as I was trying on and making sure I was getting proper glass frames forvthe need of my particular lenses prescription. Inbound a pair and said, I like these, she could have made a sale right then, but she said ....they are too small for your face, I didn't have a clue. At that moment I knew she was a professional, not there just to make a sale, but to help me make the perfect choice for frames and fit. I went on to try on many frames and then I found one I liked, looked at her and she said it was a good choice. I walked away very happy, and content on the choice I made. I picked them up a week later, and put them on, I have wore them the last two whole days, everything's seems so much brighter. I will definitely go there for my next glasses.

This store is awesome! If you read my previous post about LensCrafters then you will understand this is step 2 in the quest. But let me give some background. My husband broke his glasses. They fell from a second floor balcony while he was working and the lens came out. Right into some bushes. Found the glasses not the lens. Unfortunately, this didn't happen until 12 in the afternoon on a Friday. In the mountains of NC an hour minimum from anywhere. So after calling around I found out that if I didn't have a prescription we were screwed. Unfortunately, their doctor at EyeMart Express was on vacation for the weekend but they could probably make a pair of glasses today Depending on the prescription. So we got a appointment at LensCrafters in Asheville,Nc at 3:00 at the one in Biltmore Square. Not the Mall. And then went to this great store about 4:15 and about three really nice women immediately went to work on my husband and found him glasses that fit him and were in our price range. More importantly the glasses had to be at the next step to be made today in about 15 minutes. And amazingly right then we were the only people in the store. Our insurance was not covered here and they helped us find two great pairs of glasses. Their sale, buy one get one free. One he could wear out today and one that would have to be sent off to get more of the high tech stuff on them. And they would be back in a few days. These are not important. What is? Was my husband needed glasses. We are from another place anyway and didn't have an eye doctor within a 250 mile radius. But with the help of these two outstanding places in Asheville, NC. They didn't know they were working together. My husband got an eye examination and then we went to the most awesome place ever the EyeMart Express. And to make our experience even more wonderful. One of the wonderful women who had helped us named Jody asked "I have two cupcakes I made for a workers birthday left. Would you guys like them?" They were absolutely delicious! The best I ever had. Then Reba insisted on fixing my out of shape glasses. I wish I knew everyone's name. But I wrote these two down. Thank you for reading about this wonderful experience we had at this store. My husband and I just don't know how to think the staff enough for getting him a complete set of glasses made at 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon!

A 4.5 but rounded up. Only beef was the distance doctor running through my diagnosis questions. My mother had glaucoma and macular degeneration. My numbers where up and I expected him to discuss preventions and the interventions. Not to interested. The online lady and the lady setting me up was wonderful. Reba up front was superior, caring, accurate and funny. System they ran was great for my wife and me.

I was in a bind and needed new prescription sunglasses before heading out of town. Most places quoted 7-14 business days, but I found this spot with an in-house lab offering a one-hour turnaround, so I gave them a shot. I'm so glad I did. They were a lifesaver, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Frank was amazing to work with. Calm, patient, never pushy, and extremely knowledgeable with about 40 years of experience. He walked me through every step and made sure I chose the right decision for my needs. Elaine, the manager, also brings decades of expertise and was equally wonderful. Warm, professional, and even went out of her way to find me an additional discount on top of their promotion! My glasses were ready in about 30 minutes and came out perfect. I had such a great experience here, they'll definitely be my go-to from now on!

Elaine, Reba, and Frank were so helpful with my 6 year old getting his glasses. From helping me pick a costume effect frame to explaining the difference in options as well as best pricing. Upon pick up, they even helped adjust the frame so that they fit my son's face appropriately. The level of customer service they provided was exemplary and they deserve a raid!

Reba was amazing! I needed multiple pairs of glasses; she was patient and helpful. The pricing was much more affordable than where I had been going.
