My husband and I both went in and saw Dr. Fred and Tonya at the Belmont Walmart. They were great! We had been going to another location in Belmont and my sight with contacts has never right. I just assumed this was a good as it gets. Wrong! Dr. Fred Cloninger found a great fit and suggested I could go without a torc lens, and he was right! I see better than I have in years. Next door we chose our glasses and both Rodney and the lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) who work there were very patient and helpful! I am very happy I gave them a try.

These are the worst eyeglasses I ever purchased. Absolute garbage. First pair had inaccurate field of vision for the progressive part of the lense. Had to negotiate to ge them redone. Next pair were better for that, but the lenses are foggy and unclear, they scratched allover in no time.I literally quit wearing them and went back to the previous years eyeglasses frm Warby Parker. - And they do not care about custoer satisfaction at all. They are not owed by Walmart either. Save your money! Go elsewhere.

My glasses I didn't even receive from Walmart had lost a screw and the lens fell out. Man at the counter told me to bring them in and fixed them immediately and cleaned them in a couple minutes free of charge. Staff was extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Wish I had received his name to thank him again. Made my whole day, thank you so much.

This place needs to get it together! They were suppose to order my glasses July 15th. I still haven't received them. When I came to check and see what's going on, the lady at the counter says I" don't know" a lot. How do you work with hundreds of people's information and loses it? So now my glasses are being remade. Yay! Another month or with no glasses. I will be finding a new eye DR.

Not sure who the woman is that works there but she definitely did a great job of convincing me to not buy my glasses there. She stood there with her arms crossed and told me that they don't take my insurance and I should try another Walmart. Then when I still wanted to ask questions about prices she a)was not very interested (still with arms crossed and I'm sorry look on her face) and b) acted like she couldn't wait to stop waiting on me. Thanks for nothing Walmart Vision Center. If your sales are lagging you might try some sales training techniques.

I mean I have an eye prescription that's not complete to the point I can't order my own glasses. I've worn glasses all my life. I've never been given a prescription that i couldn't use to order more glasses. Like it's literally only filled out for contacts. At the appointment I bought glasses so why would they not include the whole prescription. The you can't get anyone on the phone. Never again
