Old man with 30 year employee name tag must have been moved over from the greeter dept. After over an hour and half I was still not half way done with my prescription glasses order and when I asked him, "how's it looking", he smirked and said, " it's looking". Not once did he apologize for the ongoing sluggish service or delays nor did he ever tell me what the issue was for the delays. The younger woman tried to help a couple times and I hoped she would take over but she didn't. I finally said, no thanks and left without completing my purchase, neither of them said a word except, "okay".

Bless... very "seasoned" gentlemen working here alone. Been helping one customer for over an hour. There is a line of us waiting. The computer is clearly a challenge for him. I'm beginning to lose my patience. Update: I walked in with my prescription in hand, quickly, picked my glasses and sat and waited for two hours and 45 minutes to order my glasses
