Today I took my daughter to Bright Vision and we had a wonderful experience. The doctor was very kind, patient, and professional. The entire staff was welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive everyone was. We even had a lovely conversation about geography, which made the visit feel even more personal. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for great care and a warm environment!

I was not very impressed with the help their. I feel like I wasn't given enough info on my exam. My concerns were not addressed. Meaning.. my eyes are sensitive to sun, bright lights,and sometimes some blurryness. Nothing was offered or suggested.
My thoughts are patients on Medicaid don't get the Best treatment. When ordering my glasses they came with lines on the lens. I have never had lines in over 54 years of wearing them, I told them this, I can't see with those. I was told that's the only way Medicaid pays for them. Well Medicaid should be happy to know they paid for something that's useless to me.

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Bright Vision Center. The facility is immaculate with excellent equipment, and it's evident everyone there is knowledgeable and above all very friendly and professional. I felt very at ease here and that means a lot. Dr. Ortiz is incredibly personable and direct. They deserve a higher google rating, and I don't think their score is indicative of the experience.

Dr.Ortiz is very rude he just hung up in my face mid conversation and also said "omg" as I was speaking with him. Brenda is also very rude me and her was going back and forth for 20 minutes about a form needing to be filled. They want me to pay more money for my glasses when I already paid them last year for anti-glare on my glasses.

Dr.Ortiz appears to be nice for the most part he did a good job of explaining what my prescription was and why I needed it but whoever runs the place needs to get all the receptionist at the front on the same page they are snobby and act as if I owed them something not sure if they don't like the job or had a bad day but they gave me attitude every single time even over the phone . That alone is enough to run anyone away I will not be returning after getting my glasses
