I would not recommend this place. Please be informed that a retinal imagining is only required if the doctor is remote and the technician is doing your eye exam. In the case that the Doctor is present onsite for the exam, it is not required, although recommended. So from my experience, I had an appointment with an onsite Doctor and I didn't want a retinal imaging as it costs extra and is not mandatory, only recommended for patients with diabetes and high blood pressure or glaucoma history. So when I refused to take the optional retinal imaging test, the lady at the front desk was super rude and asked me to take my business else where. So I did and I managed to get an appointment with a Doctor that doesn't mandate Retinal Imagining even if the Doctor is onsite. But what happened to the patients right of refusal and individual decision making after considering all the pros and cons? Mind you last year, I wasn't even informed about the extra payment for the retinal as they just slip in the paper work before the exam. This time I was mindful of asking before any paper work. So please be aware of what you are signing up for .

What an incredible experience I had during my eye exam. The Dr is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest technologies. I'm never felt so comfortable at an eye exam. I recommend everyone get the $39 laser exam so you avoid having dilation. The laser exam allow him to see behind the retina and check for disease and progression of any disease of eyes. His staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The office was super modern, clean and carry lots of designer frames. I had exam for contacts and I didn't realize I could get lenses that I could see up close and far away. I also bought my contacts from his office and received $100 off from rebate. I was very impressed and comfortable and I found my new eye Dr. for life. Thank you to the staff and Dr. for making my eye exam so enjoyable. Below is image of my laser exam of my eye.

just moved to North Carolina & needed a new pair of glasses, I found them online & they quickly got me in for an appointment. The staff here is patient & very sweet. They made me feel very comfortable. Only thing that I can say is if you have Medicaid, you won't receive your glasses for 1-2 months that's the only downside & depending on what insurance you have Medicaid only covers routine exams & glasses. They also have a section with cheaper eye wear that you will receive in 7-10 days. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone !

Doctor was nice but prescription was wrong couldn't wear glasses. Receptionists was not nice and no help at all. Guess I will have to make do with my old glasses. Go elsewhere if you can!

I have used their services twice. Hours are very convenient, easy to schedule, and personnel are very helpful. Melissa & others did a great job explaining what was included in my insurance and were very patient while I took my time to chose my new glasses. I felt very welcomed. Dr. Alsaidi was competent and professional. I also did retinal evaluation. I was happy with the services provided.

Long waits for 2 pairs of glasses, lenses made wrong THREE times. These were normal lenses, not specialty. No communication from store during waits (except recently).

I recently visited this eye doctor with my 7 year old son, and we both had a great experience. The doctor was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. He put both me and my son at ease, explaining everything in a clear and gentle manner. Highly recommend

I'm updating my review after speaking with VSP today, apparently they only cover a prescription glass exam or contact lens, I never had this happen with me before. Still that was not clear from the beginning of the consultation and it could have been explained better along with the amounts charged informed upfront. None of that happened. Original review below. ------------------------------------------------------ I had a terrible experience with this location, at checkout I was surprised with a $60 payment for contacts that are clearly marked as sample and not for resale. What a scam!
