Dr. Gross is outstanding--thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She always takes time to explain everything clearly, answers my questions, and makes sure I feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. If you are new to contacts, do not come here. I had my contact trials here and it was my first time trying them on. I researched - watched my husband and did the best prep I could. When I got there, the tech sat me down and told me how to put them in but I couldn't stop blinking. I asked her if she had any tips or was I holding my eye correctly etc and she said to " just stop blinking girlfriend". She was constantly checking her watch while I was trying to put them in and not giving me any other training. She eventually got up and left me there to try on my own, still with no strategy or tips. She came back and said "any luck" and I said no, and walked out because I was so frustrated with the lack of training. She said "come back next year" knowing good and well I would be charged for the whole process again. I called my husband and he said that is NOT how contact training should go and it's typically way more supportive and thorough. Won't be coming back.
