I am 35 years old and most of my glasses were purchased at lenscrafters since 1997. My last pair I got i was extremely disappointed. I never go for the lowest costing lenses, I always get upgrades that work for me. Just passed a year my glasses started having the codeing coming off the lenses. They became extremely foggy and look bad when the light hits them the right way. I called lenscrafters at this location where I purchased them from and explained the issue. I was told they never heard anything about it and they can't do anything because I am out of warranty. I dont plan on purchasing a new pair from lenscrafters because the quality is not there any more. In the past I had lenses I used for over 2 years with no issues.

I recently visited the [LensCrafters in Cary, Walnut St] store to finally get fitted for their new progressive lenses, and I absolutely have to shout out Dana. She made what can often be a confusing and frustrating process feel completely effortless and enjoyable.
Dana was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain the differences between various lens coatings and frame options without ever rushing me. Dana meticulously ensured that the measurements were perfect, answering all my detailed questions about the fit and function of the glasses. She even helped me pick out a frame that truly suited my face, which I usually struggle with!
The level of personalized care was outstanding. Thanks to Dana, my new glasses will fit perfectly and feel great. If you're looking for expert help and genuinely friendly service, ask for Dana. She is a true professional and an asset to the LensCrafters team. I highly recommend her!

Went in yesterday. Was told that the company I have insurance with they couldn't log In to claim my insurance (this didn't just happen they mentioned it had been a few days) why this issue had not been resolved I have no idea. I began asking what I could do to be able to use my insurance at first the lady seemed nice until I started asking how to get in contact with lens crafters. She got a little attitude when I went to leave. She recommended I leave a google review so here I am on her behalf. She needs better training on situations and how to deescalate. She in fact could have escalated it if I was in the mood considering her rude ending! Why the problem was not fixed for what I am under the impression of as days beats me! Luckily my husband was smart and contacted the Raleigh location and we took our business there with no issues and they were GREAT! Carys loss on multiple pairs of glasses! For the price of these glasses the attitude is unwarranted- she didn't like me asking questions that's obvious.

I would like to first say this is not from the employees they were great.
When my glasses were ordered I was told it would be a week. I called back a week later and told it was delayed till the next week. I called back next week days later and was told it was delayed 3 more days. Then I called 3 days later and informed it was only just shipped. Then it arrived the next day but I wasn't informed till after the store had closed.
A very frustrating ordeal overall.
