I went in to purchase glasses, and the receptionist at the front was very nice and helpful. However, I waited over 30 minutes. When the staff member finished helping another customer, she walked right past my paperwork and called on a woman who had just arrived a few minutes earlier, even though I had been sitting there waiting the entire time. I will never go back to this location.

This location is great! I have been coming for years. Dr Lopez takes her time to be sure you have the best vision and health in general. She is patient and thorough, don't waste your time seeing anyone else .

I've been going to My Eye Dr for almost a decade. Go to eye appt. I get there and theyre like your appt is on Kildaire Farm Rd, not Walnut st as I always go to. Why I ask? I only come here. That's what the computer says is the answer I got. So I called that store to tell them I'm otw and they said I had to reschedule. No customer service. No waiting for me for 15min to get there. Just reschedule or nothing. Fine. I'll reschedule with another business. You've lost my business for life

I can't comment on the eye exam services because I never made it that far. I was surprised when I found out I'd be paying more than before. That's not the staff's fault, but their attitude about it absolutely was. When I simply repeated what I'd been told, the woman on the phone immediately got defensive, saying she had "10 years of experience in insurance." Ma'am, I never asked for your resume; I just needed a moment. Then, when I asked if I could bring my prescription from a previous appointment to order contacts, she replied in a condescending tone that I'd need a valid prescription... as if it wasn't obvious that that's what I meant? I wasn't rude or argumentative, but I was made to feel stupid for even asking questions. Perhaps the staff here needs a basic HR training module.

I waited two weeks for the initial eyeglass order to come into the store. When I finally called to check on the order I was told "they just came in today". Eyeglasses were manufactured wrong, had to reorder. Didn't hear anything for three weeks . Called the office and was told "they just came in today". Obviously that's the prepared statement for failing to contact a customer

If I could give 0 stars I would. After 8 emails and text confirmations for an appointment, they tell me when I arrive that they don't have a doctor in that day, and didn't have one scheduled. The receptionist was absurdly unapologetic. Horrible. The response from them on this post, is insulting. No, I don't want to waste time on this horrible office. Do better. Don't placate, own your failures. Learn how to run a business.

This office has so far been the best overall! I switched from another my eye dr doctor in the area when that doctor left the practice. She was awesome and while I'm sad it has allowed me to find another location to try out! Instantly on entering the staff were very welcoming, sweet, kind and Informative. The nice lady upfront (Jennifer I think her name is)....deserves all the praise! The next lady that took me back to get my readings was so pleasant and Dr. Lopez was a joy! Very pleased with everything at my visit today! Felt comfortable annd trusted that they knew what they were doing!! Another stand out was I believe Marcus who helped me find frames covered by my insurance. He knows what to suggest to fit your face and is so fun! Thanks to everyone at the office for a great eye visit today!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office, both today and during my previous visit. The staff are consistently polite, professional, and very helpful. My wife and I plan to continue visiting this office regularly. Thank you for providing such excellent service.
