Front desk and Tech staff were wonderful! So kind and helpful! KATHERINE JOHNSON COATS, OD felt very rushed during my appointment. No customer connection at all, felt like i was talking to a robot who only wanted to complete the job and not listen to anything i had to say. If there was another doctor i would book with them but it seems she's the only one. Would not schedule an appointment here again. Only returning to pick up my glasses. 5 stars to the front desk and tech staff!! 1 star to Katherine.

Im a shy awkward person but this MyEyeDr is so welcoming and makes the process very easy and enjoyable. And they have a great selection of frames. The store manager is especially warm and makes you feel like you've known each other forever. All the staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. (And thank you for letting me in after hours to pick up my frames you didnt have to go that extra mile.)

Fantastic, friendly staff! While ordering new contacts, Beth answered my many questions patiently and kindly. The manager, Teresa, and a few others helped fix my broken glasses that had been stepped on previously. She and the staff went out of their way to make sure they were fixed properly. It was such a relief to not need to buy new glasses. Their kindness and generosity was refreshing, I will definitely be back! Thanks to them again for the huge favor :)

I've been to this location before. However today, the team was backed up which is fine. I spent 3hrs there for my virtual visit. I would have just canceled if I'd have known how delayed they were. Once it was time to select my new frames, the woman was trying to upsale almost as if I was buying a car. I went over the charges and what I was expecting to pay & asked "what's X amount for". She put a protection plan on my bill without me asking. Had to bring it up twice to get it taken off. We discussed the price and I said that's over my budget for today. So she also took $50 off randomly & I asked "how am I getting $50 taken off??" and she said she was just simply taking $50 off. It was very strange to me, not very transparent and rubbed me the wrong way as I am stickler and this was not my experience last time. I'll probably choose a different location next time.

I had a very horrible experience at this myeyeDr location. I have been going to other locations since last 3 years but never had such unprofessional experience. First of I went for pick up of my glasses and the glasses which I get were not the one I ordered. Then, when I showed the frame which I selected from the shelf, the lady instead of ordering new one, gave me those used/trial glasses from shelf. She just removed the price sticker, wiped it and gave it to me.

Santos helped me out with my Eye exam today , and she was wonderful! I'm naturally nervous about visiting the Dr. due to some poor experiences in the past, but she really helped me feel safe! She explained what all the tests and tools were for, and what the next steps were going to be. I felt really at ease despite my anxiety. She helped me pick glasses that were perfect for me, as well as explain what the additions my Dr. recommended were for. It was a punctual, safe, and educational visit. I never thought I'd say I'm excited for my next Eye Appointment!

The only thing pleasant about this place is the receptionist was very nice, however she isn't the most efficient person. We made an appointment for my girlfriend because her glass is broke on the plane to arrive to North Carolina. They do not make glasses or contacts in house, nor do they have recommendations for places that do. We made an appointment and waited for about 35 minutes and found out that we were third in line still. Eventually we just walked out and accepted that having the ability to see is overrated. I was also on hold for 20 minutes trying to make the appointment so this is on me I should have taken a hint.

Dr. Katherine Johnson Coats had a terrible bedside manner. I work in healthcare too but to be on the other side and witness this was saddening. I felt like the appointment was rushed because I had lens and contacts exam, both - which she wasn't aware of. I would have been just fine to schedule another visit with her if she had told me. All other staff members were amazing though!
