I have been going to Dr. Silver for over 20 years - plus my husband and kids. We have been very happy with her and her practice. Hopefully we can find an equally excellent eye doctor near our new home. The good news...there is a My Eye Dr nearby and transferring should be seamless.

I had an AMAZING experience with SHARON at this location. I had an eye emergency and she was able to fit me in before my same day appointment time. She was professional, empathetic, caring, and really went above and beyond patient care. After I left, she even called me to see how I was feeling. I can't tell you guys enough how much SHARON made my day so much better during a difficult situation, she made me feel safe and calm. The doctors and staff are super professional, but this experience I had with Sharon was very different, she truly cares about her job, her patients she interacts with on a daily basis because it shows in her attitude and interactions and and employer would be lucky to have such an amazing employee on their team! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR WORK SHARON. You are VERY appreciated and everyone at My Eye Dr!!!

I have been working with Dr. Silver for over 20 years and was a patient of hers before they even built their current location next to Kohl's. Over the years, I have enjoyed excellent customer service, prompt scheduling, knowledgeable staff, and respect for my needs. They are cognizant of my budget when looking for contacts and glasses. I've been able to custom design several pair of glasses, including buying Tory Burch frames, but swapped for polarized lenses for unique sunglasses that no one else has. One of their best known assets is the ability to purchase or order custom Maui Jim sunglasses that most people can pay with their flexible spending account. With the ability to make appointments after 5 o'clock, and even the weekends, you can see why My Eve Dr. and specifically Dr. Silver are a team I will never leave.

Really disappointed how my insurance was not properly utilised at the first and due to this I had to pay out of pocket, I ordered Ray Ban Meta Glasses to be polarised with my my prescription but they somehow ordered it without it and I went back to order again and this time my insurance is not covering my lenses and they are asking to pay out of pocket which was costing me more than $300, definitely it is my last visit.. I'll be changing my provider. Sorry to say this

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years. Dr. Silva is by far the best optometrist in the Triangle! Jennifer, Sharon and Kelly have 5 star customer service skills and I appreciate it!

Great experience today. This is my office for regular eye exams, but this morning I called to follow up about an eye injury that required an ER visit last night. They asked me to come right away and they'd work me in with Dr. Jessurun. Everyone at the office was friendly, caring and efficient. I appreciated being seen so fast. I hardly had to wait. Dr. Jessurun reassured me, explained everything and took the time to answer my questions. This office has been good for regular eye exams--I wear both contacts and glasses, and glad to know they're a great place to go for a more urgent visit too. I drive a longer distance to come to this office location because of the staff here.

My family and I have been coming to this location for several years. It is (almost) always a great experience. For years, we have had Amber assist us and she could not be more of a joy. She is always so helpful with her opinions on the right style and fit for our eye wear. On a recent visit, we had a fill-in assist us. I was informed that Amber was now at a different location. The fill-in, to keep it simple and short, messed up pretty much every aspect of our order, was impatient, and pushy. However, Kelly helped to get it mostly sorted out. I had to go back in today, as I recieved the wrong frames ( same frames my young daughter got) and Amber was there! Amber helped me find the perfect frame, fixed a lense issue from my last order that was returned, and was just over all FABULOUS! My Eye Dr. Centrum, please bring Amber back to staff!!! She is an asset, a total gem!

Dr. Silver helped me consider several different types of contact lenses and to select the best contact lenses for my needs. The entire team went above and beyond - thank you!
