Dr. Moss is fantastic! She has me seeing better than I have for decades. She takes her time and makes sure that "1" really is better than "2"! This turns out to be really important for getting your prescription right. She also is great at juggling contact lens prescriptions which in my case don't quite line up with my astigmatism, but I see as well or better with contacts than with my glasses. On top of everything else she's great to talk to and her assistant Lucy is a gem.

I have been wearing scleral lenses for many years. My original provider was local and relatively new to fitting scleral lenses, but eventually decided to no longer offer the service. Dr. Moss in Cary, NC came highly recommended, and my experience with her has been truly transformative. I had the absolute pleasure and good fortune of meeting Dr. Madison Moss at the Raleigh Contact Lens Institute for a referral consultation. My vision challenge was one that required an "outside of the box" approach and treatment plan. In my sixth decade of life, my congenital ptosis (droopy lids) continues to worsen. Though I had had blepharoplasty surgery on both eyes two years prior, I found myself back at square one, struggling with eyestrain and vision obstruction because my ptosis had returned. I was interested in exploring treatment options that didn't include more surgery. Dr. Moss recommended custom fitting me with a pair of scleral contact lenses with a raised area or "prop" to uplift my eyelids. I've been wearing the scleral lenses for about six weeks now, and I couldn't be happier. My eyes are open and bright and my far-away vision has been corrected to 20/20. I have been wearing progressive reading glasses over the sclerals for close-up and mid-range vision which is working out well. I am truly grateful for the compassion and expertise provided by Dr. Moss. She is an absolute gem, and I would highly recommend her. Also a shout-out to Hope, a valuable asset to the team. She is polite, personable, and does a great job with patient relations.

Dr. Madison Moss is absolutely wonderful! I've never had an eye doctor take so much time to make sure my contacts fit perfectly and that I was truly comfortable. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr.Moss and her assistant, Hope, are both a joy to work with. Dr.Moss is very pleasant, thorough and thoughtful. Dr.Moss provides a very detailed eye exam and will spend as much time as needed to make sure you have the best prescription contacts for your eyes. Her office environment is very clean and inviting with no waiting, parking is a breeze as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Raleigh Contact Lens Institute and Dr.Moss.

Dr. Moss and assistant Hope at Raleigh Contact Lens Institue are truly remarkable. I can only wear rigid gas permeable contact lenses and was referred to Dr. Moss at RCL by my ophthalmologist. Wearing hard contact lenses for nearly 6 decades, I thought I knew what to expect. Even with reading the very positive reviews about Dr. Moss and her dedicated care before my first appointment, I was still so pleasantly surprised at her superior level of thoroughness, explanation, and ability in obtaining my best vision!
