Preston at Optical delivered exceptional service. He was the epitome of professionalism -- friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled at what he does. He had my glasses repaired within minutes of me walking in. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I wanted to update this review. Today 11-15-2024 I received a bill from Triangle Visions for $50.00 for "No Show Late Cancellation" despite being there early and staying for 20 minutes while they figured out they made a mistake with my insurance. Ironically, I went to The Eye Center today next to Len's Crafters and they were wonderful! The staff new what they were doing and I saw Dr. Fowler. If you are reading reviews to find out where to go I would recommend staying far away from from Triangle Visions. I had an appointment at Triangle Vision after waiting for about two weeks. When I made the appointment, I provided both of my insurance details, as I have two insurance plans. However, when I arrived for the exam, I was asked to sign an estimate for around $200--$150 for the contact lens exam, $39 for dilation, and $10 for the copay. I questioned why the cost was so high despite having two insurance plans, only to be told that they could not file claims with both insurances. When I requested an itemized statement to file the second insurance myself, I was initially told that this wasn't possible. After insisting, one of the staff members took my insurance cards and called someone, only to come back and inform me that they don't accept one of my insurances. I asked why I wasn't told this when I initially booked the appointment and gave them my insurance information, and was told that I should have been informed. Ultimately, I chose not to go through with the exam and decided to go elsewhere. This entire situation could have been avoided if they had communicated properly when I scheduled the appointment and provided my insurance details. Very disappointing experience.

I have been going to Triangle Vision for 20 years. I highly recommend them. I have worked mostly with Drs. Tony and Dee Dee Clark, but have received excellent care from anyone I have seen. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The doctors take time to listen to my concerns and to carefully choose the best plan for me personally. The office is a bright and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. If you are looking for the best care on the Triangle, look no further.

Very clean office with friendly and accommodating staff. I called as a new patient and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I could pay a small additional fee to have my eyes checked by a new piece of technology, and avoid having to have them dilated - this allowed me to be able to return to work and function normally unlike in the past. Dr. Lyerly was very informative and moved the exam along at a pace so I didn't feel rushed or over communicated to. They accept my insurance, have a pretty good selection of frames, and better prices than the last place I received glasses. With easy access, the great staff, and cutting edge technology, I recommend Triangle Visions to anyone.

Front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about insurance coverage & rebates. Tech was thorough and explained tests well. Dr. Lyerly is always pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job explaining the test results and getting my Rx right. Overall professionalism of everyone is wonderful. I look forward to my visits.
