Excellent office with a great staff and good doctors , been to see Dr Marino a few times past few years. They have the latest neato eye machines , laser guided stuff where you look in a box and it gives them all your measurements in about 2 minutes. Self pay rates are super affordable too. I highly recommend them if you would like your eyes looked at by some pros

I had a great experience at this location and would definitely recommend it. The office is very nice, clean, and filled with natural light, which makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. My mom had an appointment at 9:20 AM and I had one at 11:00 AM, but we were both seen together as soon as we arrived, which we truly appreciated. There was no long waiting time at all. Dr. MacDonald was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. The interaction was very pleasant, and he truly took the time to listen to our concerns and address our needs. One thing I especially appreciated about this location is that they do not pressure you into additional tests. At many other optical offices, I've noticed that certain imaging tests (like the retinal scan) are presented as mandatory. Here, they clearly explained the option and allowed us to decide whether or not we wanted to include it, which I really respected. Another great plus is that they have staff members who speak Spanish, which made the experience even more comfortable for us. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend this location.

I have been seen in this practice before, but this is my first visit with Dr MacDonald and I had a great experience. I appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and recommendations. Great communication skills and seems to genuinely enjoy patient care. Not rushed or impatient. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Dr MacDonald to anyone looking for a new optometrist in Cary.

What an incredible team at this location. Everyone is so friendly, starting from the wonderful front desk ladies, to the doctor who was so comprehensive and honest with his examination, to Liz who helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and was so patient and kind to my little one who accompanied me on my visit today. Thank you to everyone's kindness & professionalism.

In my opinion, this optical center is the best one in Cary. I have visited several of them, and this one far exceeded my expectations. Sara and the entire team are so professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this eyecare center for your eyecare needs.

Updated review because they continually exceed my expectations! Doctors are wonderful, folks who help with the glasses are wonderful, everyone takes all the time with me and/or my son that is needed to get things just right. Don't know what our glasses-wearing family would do without them, love this practice!

I have been coming to this place for awhile and I am sooooooo happy with my experience. I had to get a new precacription for full time use and one for reading, tried Progressives (made me wanna barf) and was able to change the prescription to bifocals. I think I actually got so excited I yelled BIFOCALS with joy in their lobby. Really happy with my experience! Five stars!!!

Customer service is unmatched. My family and l have been loyal customers for years and love the family vibes. Welcomed in as soon as you walk in. Relaxing atmosphere, and clean. Keep doing what you are doing family.
