My experience at the Target Optical Clinic location on Walker Branch Rd. was 10/10!
The appointment was quick, the male doctor was very sweet and patient - He took his time to listen to the concerns I had regarding my last prescription from another clinic. He was very professional and patient.
The optical tech I worked with was a 5'10, beautiful, juicy body goddess named Sahara. Sahara was FABULOUS!!! I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. Sahara helped me pick out both pair of my glasses, and she has the best taste. Ladies, if you need help picking out glasses, I HIGHLY recommend asking Sahara her opinion!
Overall, I had the best experience I've ever had at any optical clinical - and I've been wearing glasses since 3 years old and contacts since 9 years old

We had our first eye exam, and it was an excellent experience. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and made the process both informative and enjoyable. He even educated my two daughters by allowing them to see each other's eyes through the lenses and sharing some interesting facts. I highly recommend this clinic!

Victor and Mel are SUPER to work with. Victor is knowledgeable and used the Target Optical Tablet to help take a picture to help me determine which frame work for me. This helped me step outside my comfort zone!!! I really appreciated it!!!! Mel also invited me over to the sun shade section and she is such a delightful person!!! STOP OVER FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! These 2 are very knowledgeable!!! 2 pair of glasses, 1 pair of shades and a 6 month supply of contacts later... I'm happy

So I would love to give this place 5-stars, because the people are awesome! The people are professional, polite and respectful. But the equipment that they are supposed to be using ALWAYS has some issue when I am there. So far, 2/2 times their systems have been done and they do not show my prior information saved in the system. Or there is some long delay because a monitor is not working, or a printer issue.
So whoever owns/runs this place needs to invest in the hardware.
This past visit we(all patients) were delayed at least a half hour while the Saturday morning crew had to get the system working. We were told this happens all the time on Saturday. I don't know about every Saturday, but ironically it has happened on the Saturdays yearly I have been there.

Experience wasn't terrible but could've been more professional. The staff overall wasn't very friendly. The Dr. also wasn't very friendly. They must not have a "Hand Wash" policy because a worker blew her nose and went right back to work touching everything.
