Just wanted to shout out to Diba and the Manger, Jenny at the Centrum Prkwy Suite. Not only was their attention to every customer personal, professional, caring, and above and beyond. Their smiles and energy was rubbing off on the patients in the store. They both went above and beyond above words. I am going to recommend them to everyone. Also, Dr. W was also amazing. I can't even begin to express how wonderful everyone is at this particular office. Doctor Christy took such care with my exam. Explaining everything and a referral for my particular situation. Such a personable appointment. Miss Cashay was a warm and caring person. I would recommend this office to anyone who seeks good eye care and great customer service.

I've been coming here since I moved to town. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Glacier is amazing to work with and I had the best time picking out glasses with her.

I have to give it 1 star just to rate it otherwise id give it 0! I went here a couple months ago and just needed a nose pad. The heavyset optometrist asked if I got the glasses there and I was in a rush to get to work so yes I lied and said yes. She then didnt even ask my name and got the bag of nose pads out because they dont charge even though I offered to pay. She couldn't find one that fit perfectly so she shoved one in that atleast stuck for the time being. I got new glasses a couple months later and didnt care to get those fixed. A few months later I ended up wanting those fixed and went back since she said they would be ordering smaller ones since they ran out anyway. I also had a set of lenses I just wanted to buy a pair of frames for. (I had been using a cvs brand that just happened to fit my lenses). I went in today asked for a nose pad (and offered to pay) and to buy a new set of frames and simply pop my lenses in. I have found plenty of sets at cvs and target that fit so theyre not a crazy style or anything they're pretty generic shaped lenses. They asked if I got the frames there and I was honest this time as I usually am an honest person. And it usually gets me nowhere just like today. I was refused any type of service or help by the again same exact heavyset optometrist who helped me 6 months ago. They refused to even let me look for a set that may possibly fit the lenses. And I was told it was incase they broke the frames they wouldnt even sell me the nose pad to install myself. So they obviously dont want to make their store any money or even make a tip for themselves as I would always tip whomever does a service for me. But they lost the potential of gaining a new client and taking me from eyemart express. Instead they only increased and justified my reasoning as to why I literally rather TRAVEL 20 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY than go across the street to this bougie poor excuse for customer service "eyecare" place. Literally TAKE THE EXTRA TIME AND GO TO EYEMART EXPRESS. NOT ONLY DO YOU GET YOUR GLASSES WITHIN 1HOUR BUT THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I LITERALLY TRAVEL TO GASTONIA FROM CHARLOTTE JUST BECAUSE EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WORKS THERE IS ABSOLOUTELY AMAZING. UNLIKE AMERICAS BEST. EYEMART EXPRESS CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIEBTS AND EVEN IF YOURE NOT THEIR PATIENT THEYRE CONFIDENT IN THEMSELVES AND THEIR WORKERS TO LET THEM HELP OTHER OUTSIDE POTENTIAL CLIENTS!!! someone comes in for a nosepad and youre that scared that you will break the frames installing it that you just simply refuse someone any type of help? Thats pretty pathetic and seems like you need to be in a different line of work. Thats how you gain customers! Oh you didnt get these here but we can help you and when and if they break just come back and we will take care of you when you need a new pair! If anyone did that I would of been back literally in 2 weeks for a new eye exam and glasses as its my yearly due date Too bad so sad. Eyemart express just saved their client by having 100x better customer service. And for anyone else just know to lie and say yes theyre from America's best locations and they'll fix them lmao

Warning to anyone buying glasses here.... Pay the $25 for the insurance otherwise if you walk out of there and break your glasses you're going to have to replace them out of your own pocket. I bought a pair of glasses in May and before I went on vacation in August I want to put these glasses on and they just broke! (See picture) I thought for sure they would replace them since I only had them for a couple of months and I bought a total of four pairs of glasses there! Well I didn't get the insurance because I've been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old and I'm 56... I've never broken a pair in my life. So I did not see the need in getting the insurance. I regret it now! It was $200 for the pair that I wore for like 2 months and I think I may be wore them a handful of times because like I said I bought four pairs. I'm not too happy that they won't even replace them because I didn't buy the $25 insurance oh well.....buyer beware. Maybe I can find someone to fix them!!!! UPDATE: long story short I sent an email the next day and they took care of this! I'm really glad they did because I don't think I would have ever come back here if they didn't! Thank you so much! I changed you to five stars! Definitely deserved five stars for that thank you again!

1 star for not communicating with customers about being closed all weekend and today (Fri-Mon), especially when it's an expected pick up day. Customer service had no information to give either. Update your website hours, voicemail message, and send email communications when unexpected events happen that force you to close.

Cashay was such a delight to work with. Everyone in the building was so kind. Manager was awesome too. Great experience. Thank you!

Dianna was absolutely amazing today! She turned a stressful situation I experienced at another location into a completely positive experience.
