America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

After 3 years I needed to upgrade my lenses and decided to try this place. There's a lot to choose from but I found some frames I really like. The manager Aaron is super friendly and patient I will definitely come back here again.

Their customer service is wonderful. Love the workers. But the optician who is suppose to be at the facility at 9 am when the store opens could careless about being on time. There isn't an optician doesn't even work Saturdays either.

I came here from NYC and needed glasses immediately and I needed new glasses and contacts asap! FAYE was such a blessing she helped me out and even when I chose the wrong glasses she helped fast

Lynnea, Faye, Aaron and Dr. Shah were all incredibly helpful and made my eye appointment experience go very well! I will definitely be coming back in the future and referring others as well!

I showed up for my 2:50 exam at 2:00. As im checking in, obviously early(I wanted to look at frames beforehand) some lady that I wasnt checking in with, ran over and told the gentleman not to check me in yet because its too early...cool. I take a look at their glasses and frames then I proceed to take a seat in the waiting area. I sat there until 3:15 . During the time I was sitting multiple employees walked by, no one spoke or said a word to me. They all talked about margaritas and some chilli lime sauce and their favorite foods. I sat patiently, didnt rush them at all. Around 2:50, the time of my appointment , I overheard the gentleman upfront state that hes getting off at 3pm. I started making noises, clearing my throat, slapping my feet on the ground etc...he gets up, recognizing that im still here, he puts my paperwork together and puts it on a pre-test door and says "someone will be with you in a moment." Im still not aggravated yet, no big deal. I get aggravated when I realize, that the person I was waiting on walked by me several times as if they had nothing to do(referring to the hr I sat there), the same person proceeds to step outside, that pissed me all the way off because it was recommended that I arrive 15 early....after the person steps back inside, she still doesn't speak or acknowledge that a paying customer is sitting there waiting....she jjst grabbed the folder and went inside the pre test room. I get up to leave, no one says a word still. I leave and call for the cooperate number and they asked did I mind being placed on a brief hold as they continue their conversation, I say no im not waiting because no one, not ONE CUSTOMER IS IN THERE. I will report this to their cooperate offices as well but this review is for potential customers...they are Very unprofessional and they all seems as if they hate their jobs/career...just a heads up.

I had a great experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses at Eastway Square, 3209 Eastway Blvd Suite 9, Charlotte, NC. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands, especially when the optician, Jenny, introduced herself. She was friendly and professional, and even though the store was a bit busy, she gave me her full attention. Jenny helped me pick out a pair of designer NIKE glasses that look fantastic, and she also made sure I was maximizing my benefits with my eye care carrier (Superior Vision). I'm very, very happy with the service and the cost!

Fatal I made my appointment for 5:20 pm and arrived at 5 I filled out the form and it turns out that when it was my appointment the person who had to attend to me and who had to leave then told me to come back later and of course I will not return very bad service the person who speaks Spanish is very rude

They were very helpful and resolved our issue.
