I came in for my first eye exam. I was nervous when I found out it wasn't an eye doctor on site lol. But the assistance I received from walking in the door, to the eye exam with very professional and quick help from a young lady getting things ready for the virtual doctor .. allll the way to ordering my glasses .. it was smooth and easy and probably took about 1hr and 15 min to complete everything!! I wish I remembered their names to add them here but you girls were amazing! Thank you for such a great first time experience!

Brittany and Asia are true GEMS Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! The laughter we shared was 100% true! I will definitely recommend the South Blvd location to family and friends! Thank you ladies!

Phillis was wonderful and I was able to find some x large frames the I liked for myself. We brought our whole family of four and are happy with the results.

My son had exam elsewhere and after exam they weren't helpful in selecting frames. We went right down the road to America's Best and we're immediately helped by Brittany in her lovely Disney princess costume Belle. ( Halloween) She helped him select frames, gave detailed pricing, explained all options to choose from. I need my next pair of glasses and will be going right to Ms. Brittany for them. I've worn glasses my entire life and as an adult some were not helpful, but she was and it makes a world of difference.

I had the best experience with Asia my tech I love her services. The general manager Brittany was amazing and the staff was so welcoming. 10/10

The staff is friendly and all, but they got my prescription wrong and on top of that the "2 pairs of glasses with an exam for $89.99" is total BS. I told them at the appointment that I don't feel my prescription was right because it was lower than usual. They reassured me it was correct but I've been through this with an optometrist before. Last time I ended up getting a second opinion and turned out I was right all along. This time I dont care much since it's only 0.5 off but it still sucks my prescription isn't right. The $89.99 thing seems to only be true if you get 2 pairs of their $39.99 frames with the cheapest, thickest lenses and use the coupon you can only ise if you are uninsured. With insurance I got a single pair of glasses with my frames being covered plus the cheapest pair of lenses I could get (I don't even have glare protection, that was an extra $45) plus the exam and paid something around $80. Which isn't terrible but I only got one pair, with the cheap thick lenses, the wrong prescription, and no anti-glare. My friend who came with was uninsured and got 2 pairs of $80 frames and the slightly less thick lenses but not the thinnest choice, and used the coupon for a total of close to $160.

quick and courteous, id recommend to everyone . the main thing i like is that a actual human answers the phone , and they answer on the second ring . professional , clean bathrooms , and expansive frame selection for reasonable prices
