The reviews are very accurate. I had my exam over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't even had lenses made or contacts ordered due to the incompetence at this location. From insurance claim mistakes to an unnecessary in-person follow up visit, and an overall lack of training and ability to do their job. I've had to leave work early go to this location about 5 times now to resolve simple issues. Corporate seriously needs to take a hard look at this location clean house and/or maybe retrain people

This location needs to be closed. I have visited several America's Best locations, and this one was by far the worst experience I've had. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter at 5:00 PM, and while there, I decided to pick up glasses for myself and my son since I already had valid prescriptions from another location. Unfortunately, the service was extremely unprofessional and inefficient. Kyra appeared completely untrained and unsure of what she was doing. She incorrectly told me that my insurance did not cover sunglasses, which is false--I've had this insurance for years. She then stated she couldn't access the insurance portal to verify coverage but made no effort to reset the password or troubleshoot the issue. Instead, I had to call my insurance myself to confirm coverage. It felt as though she assumed my insurance company was closed and that she wouldn't be held accountable for doing her job. Paul, who stated he has worked at America's Best for years, was no help either. Rather than stepping in to assist, he chose to watch videos loudly and engage in long conversations, despite clearly seeing the situation unfold. After spending over two hours at this location, nothing was resolved, and I am now forced to go to another location to complete what should have been a simple process. I'm not sure what is going on at this store, but the lack of professionalism, training, and customer service is unacceptable.

Read many poor reviews, but I could not get an eye exam locally on my day off and America's Best had several time slots, so went with it. Been seeing eye doctors for 50 years, so a lot of office visit experiences. I did my paperwork online to speed things up. Had a very short wait and in I went for the preliminary eye checks. Very smooth and professional. Then I was moved to another room for a "virtual visit" with young eye doctor Kyle on a TV screen. He could see/hear me and vice versa. Strange, but it works. Doctor Kyle dialed in my lens prescription remotely from his end as I looked through the changing of lenses viewing the letter chart as in any eye exam. Very cool. Doctor Kyle answered all my questions and gave me his evaluation of what the eye test showed. The staff was friendly and payment was smooth. I only did the exam and did not get any glasses at the time, so 5-stars for the eye exam experience. I would go again.

Highly recommend! Pat and Paul went above and beyond in getting my eyeglasses situation handled with the upmost professionalism and dedication to there craft. Well done guys, well done!

0/5 Terrible. I scheduled an appointment online days ago and arrived early for my 5:00pm appointment. I heard the staff saying the doctor was going to be mad because there was too many people in the waiting room. I waited to be seen and was told at 5:28pm that they would have to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was going to leave at 6. I don't understand why appointments are being offered if the provider is clocking out early. The receptionist offered to reschedule my appointment but I won't be back. Keep in mind that this locations has terrible Internet reception and no wifi is offered. That should have been my first sign guess that's what I get for trying to be seen before the weekend.

The receptionist and optometrist fit me in for an emergency sun glasses repair before a trip to the Caribbean. They went out of their way to help us and the sun glasses fit better than before

Two times within 2 weeks, my appointment was canceled. I'm a new patient (or would've been as I'm no longer interested). Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I desperately need glasses and these people do not care! Find another eye doctor.

Appointment scheduled for 12:50 at 2:15 notified that the Dr was going to lunch and I needed to reschedule the appointment what's the point in scheduling appointments if your not got to adhere to the schedule. Not to mention there were at least 2 employees sitting in the lobby who knew that after the current patient was seen that the dr was going to lunch and said nothing.
