Make sure you come before 4:15 pm. They like to close at 5 pm which means you should just get a morning apt. I showed up at 4:19 pm and drove 100 miles because I have dealt with them for years with contacts and glasses. They refused to provide service because I was 4 mintues late. Wanted to reschedule and not compensate for gas because I was 4 minutes late. Secretary was a joke! All other employees just stared at me and acted like this was company policy. How can you run a business this tight? I would love to see their reactions if customers actually stayed later than 5 pm. Prices are high too because of location. Change your hours of operation to a closing time of 4:15 pm!

So my daughter is out of work and we went to this eye doctor as opposed to one I go to so I could save some money and help her out.He was very unpleasant. I paid him the 89.00 and waited outside while my daughter went in.As I am sitting there I look down and there is this bag that says welcome bag with 79.00 eye visit.When my daughter came out I said i thought you charge me 89.00 for an eye visit. He said yes, it's 89.00.I said then why does this say 79.00.He said oh that is an eye special but you need the coupon.I said like the one in my hand? He said yes, but you have to hand it to me prior to me seeing your daughter, like 5 minutes ago. He shrugged and closed the door one me. I would never go see him again. No wonder he works for cash only at BJ's
