Atrium Health Ophthalmology

As new resident of Charlotte and, as follow up to medical advice, I needed to see an ophthalmologist. Relying on research, I chose Dr. Galen Grayson. Dr. Grayson and his staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Prior to my visit, my records from my previous out of state doctor were reviewed. Dr. Grayson pickup up and went beyond my Ohio care answering all of my questions and recommending follow up care. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Dr Grayson and staff.

From the moment I walked into the office everyone was so nice, welcoming and professional. From the receptionist at check in to the Nurse/PA provider who prepped me before seeing the Dr. to the Dr. himself. Wonderful practice!! I would highly recommend!!

I've been in quite a few Dr. offices, when I tell you I would recommend ANYONE 1st I was soooo nervous as all outdoors (inside joke) but seriously I was very scary (why) cause I don't prefer anyone playing in my mouth nor my eye's (nooo) but from the time I entered and exit, the front desk young Ladies exceptional customer service Dr.Grayson himself (thank you sir) his nurse Ms.P was OMG Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me, your expertise and warmth made all the difference. You are truly an angel in scrubs. Nurses like you are the heart of healthcare. Thank you

Dr. Galen Grayson , probably the best Ophthalmologist in my opinion who examined my eyes . My medical provider Mrs Lydia Battle Williams, PA is the best also. She made the referral for me . The staff of Dr. Grayson are so nice and polite. They represent him with great respect and compassion. Awesome, mannerisms and poise ! His assistance, and I even shared a few laughs along the way ! My visit was exceptional!!!! She made me so comfortable and relaxed, I even catch a little nap while I waited for Dr. Grayson. When he entered the exam room, he was a breath of sunshine as he greeted me with a good morning, extended hand shake and a welcoming smile ! Thank you so much for my recent visit and taking the opportunity to explain ! Keep up your amazing art of professionalism.

Everyone was very welcoming and very attentive. This was my first appointment to diagnose a number of possible problems with my eyes so I had many questions, all of which were answered completely and quickly put me at ease. I have already scheduled my annual exam with them next year and have recommended them to others.
