The exam process is impressively streamlined, using state-of-the-art equipment, and before you know it, four or five tests are completed efficiently and comfortably. I can't say enough about the care I've received. The staff at Blink eye wear are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I lost my prescription glasses and had purchased a new frame but needed lenses. I called Blink and they were willing to help where other vision centers were not due to the fact I did not buy the frames there. Glasses were ready in a timely manner and look great. From the newer tests (no more air puff for Glaucoma testing!) to the people, Blink is great. Dr. MacIntyre is nice and easy going, and explains things easily and without jargon. Alison in Frames was nice, funny, and made sure I got the best arrangement for what I was looking for and what I was looking to keep cost under.

I have been a patient at Blink Eye Care & Eyewear in Charlotte, NC for nearly five years, and I willingly make the roughly five-hour drive because the level of care is unmatched. After a severe concussion, I developed binocular vision dysfunction (BVD) that went undiagnosed by multiple doctors and neurologists. I was nearing disability before an occupational therapist identified eye misalignment and convergence insufficiency. My wife's research ultimately led us to Dr. Tracey MacIntyre, and that changed everything. Before proper diagnosis and treatment, my symptoms were severe and life-altering: extreme dizziness, debilitating headaches, neck pain, drifting while walking, concentration and focus deficits often mistaken for ADHD, and in certain situations, loss of consciousness. For years, BVD was poorly researched, frequently overlooked, and rarely treated appropriately. Dr. MacIntyre performed an exceptionally thorough evaluation, identified the root cause of my symptoms, and worked diligently to treat them--dramatically improving my quality of life and preventing what could have been permanent disability. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in patient care. Stacy Paguaga, the Optical Manager, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled correctly. Can't say enough good things about Blink. Dr. Mcintyre will make certain you are getting all the eyecare you need. Blink fit me in because I lost my glasses. Stacy fitted me with a frame I would not have looked at but it is the best looking frame I have ever owned. They are making every effort to rush me my glasses as I am pretty blind since losing my last pair. Best eyecare I've had in 60 years of ongoing eyecare.
