Ms. Patrice is absolutely amazing. She needs to be cloned!!! She always makes you feel welcomed whenever you come into the office. My girls love her to and we have been coming this office for a long time. I'm sure she's the glue of this office and holds it down. The doctor is amazing as well.

Actually baffled by my experience here. They took pictures of my eyes and did a pressure test, then the assistant FaceTimed my doctor....like he was never in the room, he was just dialed in on FaceTime he said based on one (1) instance of me reading five total letters on a screen that I for sure didn't have vision issues. The whole appointment was actually a joke. Go elsewhere if you're due for an eye exam. Also I'm just complaining now, but midway through the appointment the doctor unironically asked if we could just call him back later bc the assistant took like an extra minute figuring out the vision test slides. Like king I'm so sorry my scheduled appointment is apparently inconveniencing you, wherever you are??

I received a call to pick up my glasses today. I came at 2:50pm and the door was locked and nobody ever answers the phone. The time outside said you are open until 4pm. Nobody told me you would be closed early when I received the call today. What a waste of my time and now I have to return again.

Absolute joke of a clinic. My eye doctor was working remotely so I couldn't even have him look at my eye. Then he tried to diagnose me over the phone WITHOUT even LOOKING at a picture of my eye. Just radically incompetent. He refused to get me any prescription (steroidal eye drops which have helped me before) because he said "someone needs to see you in person" Clearly the irony was lost on him. Do yourself a favor and stay away from just joke of a practice.

Two stars is generous. Went here a few months ago for an appointment. Front desk staff seemed very scattered & not on the same page. They were also training a girl who did not seem to speak much english which is fine, except she also did NOT seem like she was ready to do my appointment unsupervised. Once in the office, she was on FACETIME with the doctor who wasn't there the WHOLE TIME during my appointment because she didn't know what she was doing!!!!! He basically conducted my appointment via FACETIME! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! She then had to get another person to come in and help her who also did not know what she was doing! I believe they messed up my prescription because of this!!! Then, when picking out my glasses, the VERY RUDE hispanic lady GRABBED me and made me come pay up front in the middle of my appointment, acting like she assumed I wasn't going to pay. After this, I knew I would not come back!! The only lady who seemed like she knew what she was doing was an older black lady who helped fit me for my glasses. I got my glasses from here which broke very shortly after, & I called to ask if they can fix them and they don't even do that! This is a very unprofessional business that is NOT managed well at ALL!!!!! DO BETTER!!!

I had an emergency situation with my left eye, I had a terrible eye infection caused by a contact lense. The front desk was so kind and accommodating, they fit me into the schedule immediately. Dr. Clemons was beyond amazing, best experience I have had in a doctor's office in a long time.

I've been going to see Lisa for almost 2 years now and she is AWESOME. She's very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great esthetician, great office and friendly helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and I don't know of any other Med-Spa with a monthly club membership. Give them a try!! You'll be glad you did!!

The doctor had already left for the day when we came for our 3:00 appointment. We had rescheduled our day to make the appointment work and were told we'd just have to come back another time. Not sure the purpose of making an appointment if the doctor is just going to leave in the middle of the day?
