I had an amazing experience at CEENTA SouthPark from the moment I walked into the building until the moment I left. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone took the time to make sure I was taken care of and that all of my questions were answered. And Dr. Melton is truly a gem! Their professionalism, care, and genuine compassion made the visit even better. It's clear that they really care about their patients. I'm so grateful for such a positive experience and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for great care.

Dr Wilde and all the staff are A number one. They are timely, professional, compassionate and educate the patient each and every step of the office visit. Time is given for any questions. Clarification and all instructions are clear and concise. The Plan of care including post visit and follow-up care and follow-up visit are planned and individualize towards the patient. I feel very comfortable from registration, checking in at the beginning of the visit all the way through the completion of the visit. I highly recommend this provider and staff for anyone who has visual difficulties. Thank you for the awesome care I received and continue to receive.

I gave four stars because my appointment was 2:20 but did not see Dr Stetler until 4:00. I know a lot of drs have retired and they haven't been able to get new drs but I had to wait three months for this appointment. The ladies at reception were awesome! Very helpful setting up an appointment with another ophthalmologist in three months. I only gave four stars because of how long we had to wait.

I had cataract surgery about 2 years ago by Dr Hammonds and it was awesome. My vision was restored to 20/20. About 2 years later, I developed a cloudiness and went back to CEENTA to see Dr Hammonds. The staff was so helpful and polite. Dr. Hammonds nurse, Erica could not have been better. In a few moments time, Dr. Hammonds diagnosed that I needed to have a one time only, laser YAG procedure to clear up the sac that held my new lens. I went this week on Tuesday for the procedure and it was amazing. In less than 4 minutes, Dr Hammonds cleared out the blurry areas and my vision was crystal clear again! I cannot thank Dr. Hammonds, his nurses Erica and Cecelia that took care of my so professionally, quickly and precisely. I am so grateful for my perfect vision again! Thank God for such awesome professionals that care and are so great at treating my eyes to restore my great vision. I highly recommend Dr. Hammonds and the great people at CEENTA for your eye care. A++++++

Had my second visit with Daniel R Morrison this afternoon. I was so impressed with my first visit that I gave him a 5 star rating. He still gets another 5 star rating but I also want to give kudos to J Michelle Gil Munoz, his associate. She was absolutely wonderful. She did my previsit assessment. I think I told her three times how sweet and friendly she was. Give this girl a raise.

What a good experience! From the convenient parking to the close proximity to the office, to the check in, to the staff's exchange of niceties and professionalism. Some felt like kindred spirits. The facility was posh and polished, but not fussy. Dr. Hammond has a great bedside manner. His explanation was comforting. I left feeling like I'm in good hands and look forward to my procedure. I had a great experience with my recent visit to the retina specialist Dr. Milan. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my condition, the testing, and the next steps, which really put me at ease. I never felt rushed and appreciated how attentive and patient everyone was. The office was well organized, and the visit ran smoothly. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to be in such capable hands. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a retina specialist

My son is completely deaf and relies on his cochlear implant to hear. He is starting a new job in 2 weeks and is in need of a new charger. Yesterday I called advanced bionics to order a new charger and was told we needed to list an audiologist on the claim, so they would be able to approve the request. My son hadn't seen the audiologist in a couple of years so I called to schedule an appointment for him. While attempting to schedule the appointment, I was informed that my son had an outstanding balance, and we were unable to schedule an appointment until balance was paid. I was given the number to the call center. I called yesterday around 4:05 pm and was told they were not able to speak with me without a one time consent from my son. Although I had previous authorizations in the past, I was told that it needed to be updated every year. My son called today using the VRS and told me that he did call CEENTA and authorized me as a decision maker on the account, but told me that they wouldn't listen, and they just kept telling him he had to pay. I called after he texted me telling me he just spoke with the office providing them with a consent to speak with me. The young lady who answered said that she did not see the consent in the computer, and was unable to speak with me. I told her well its their word against his because he said he did call and did authorize me to access his account. She told me to hold the line, and then hung up on me. My son is already facing disadvantages due to his disability, but to be treated poorly by an office of individuals who are expected to support, and assist is disgusting. To some point it unethical.
