If I could give no stars I would. Second Trip here for nothing. Came to this appointment for them to say they dismissed me without an email or call ahead of time. Waste of gas and time. One registrar never picks her head up to acknowledge anyone and the others attitude is not great. Sad to say to I would not and will not recommend this location to anyone. Had high hopes for the provider. Smh

Doc Coughlin...the best!!!
I inadvertently got a rubber tip, from my $8,000 Miracle Ear hearing aids (the only "real miracle" is that they are still in business-Fort Mill SC office...Bad!). Be that as it may, the ill fitting rubber tip fell off & lodged in my ear. Miracle Ear told me they couldn't help, as you can imagine, very painful, they told me to go to urgent care, they couldn't get it out!
They referred me to an eye, ear, nose specialist. That's where we met Doc Coughlin. He's really fabulous, had it out in seconds! I did end up with a severe ear infection & trauma to my ear canal. I have ear drop meds & will return in 2wks. I look forward to working with Dr Coughlin in getting the best ear care & new hearing aids.
