Staff is so rude and nonchalant Doctor that I saw - gives an I don't care energy or as if you are a problem. Cannot get a word out before being interrupted, I was seen last Monday for my autoimmune and was just told, minimal changes keep doing whatever regimen you were told to do last..& Your autoimmune does not cause pain so you shouldn't be in pain... mind you I've always been in pain when I have a flare but I digress. I have called to be seen urgently this week, Called again today and I was told that they called me back 2x yesterday even though No missed call or vm from them which if they weren't able to reach me... a voicemail should have been left. Central scheduling has a nasty tude as well. Now I will have to be seen in the ER due to no appt because no one wants to help. I will never be seen at this office again.

Very helpful staff and a thorough first visit. All my questions were answered and solutions immediately found for my needs. I was so grateful as a new patient to be treated so kindly by this practice. Dr. Kirchner's training is excellent and that's why I chose him. Complete satisfaction!

The clinic had a difficult day, was a bit behind , but all were so nice. Didn't rush the patients. Dr Kirchner has a great bedside manner and is extremely competent in his specialty. Thank you to all from front desk to the treatment team.

Mom, 82, and I felt really good and well informed leaving her appointment today. She's was a little nervous coming in but the team gave us all the information we needed for her upcoming surgery and we both felt better. Thank you.

Scans and imaging was done quickly. However, I was sent back to the waiting room three times (between each service provider). Dr. Barnes (retina surgeon) took a long time to appear. Then he left again within a minute (he was on-call doctor and needed to take a phone call). He was with me a few minutes. This was my third retinal detachment in 39 years. I'm not sure if this was the reason, but, it seemed as if he was trying to convince me not to even attempt surgery to get back a bit of my vision. Honestly, I almost told him not to bother scheduling surgery. I saw a doctor on. Monday. He referred me to Dr. Barnes today (Wednesday). My surgery & a follow-up are scheduled for next Friday. And another follow-up is scheduled for the following Friday. Each of these visits is at a DIFFERENT facility (5 different places). Everyone seems to believe getting rides, having people spend the day waiting at the surgical center & having someone stay in my home to take care of me for another 24 hours is a simple task. I don't drive & I have no support system. When I told them this I was greeted with total shock. If their plan was to make me cry, they succeeded.

Love taking my Mom to Dr. Falcone. He is very personable and professional. He takes time to listen to my Mom's concerns. And his exams are very thorough. Would highly recommend Dr Falcone

Dr. Berry and his support staff are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone who has eye issues. Checking in and checking out, however are a different story. Some of the Admins are rude, and you can always count on having to wait a very long time to check in and check out.

Dr. Kirchner is an excellent compassionate person. He has my eye pressure low without cutting on my eyes. Thank you to your staff as well. They are so kind and professional.
