The women who work the desk are always pleasant and very helpful. They always take you back and get your basic eye test started and completed very quickly to get you ready for the main exam. Dr Blanton is always nice and very knowledgeable. I never wait more than the time I was scheduled. They sell glasses onsite but never pressure to but theirs over other places.

All around fantastic experience! Dr. Blanton and his team are professional, welcoming, helping, and run on time. I appreciate the care they take with their clients. I found them to be patient, helpful, and open to answering questions. My experience with an eye exam and glasses was so good I went back to be evaluated and fitted for contacts. I felt like Dr. Blanton was more willing to share his knowledge than doctors that I have seen at another highly recommended Charlotte practice.

I had a scheduled appointment which got canceled the same day because the doctor was sick. I can understand this and it's is unavoidable. However, I'm already scheduling an appointment because of a pressing issue with one eye and I've explained this to their staff. Given that I already used leave day from work to deal with my issue, I tell her that it would be impossible for me to do this again and that I would need an appointment after a certain time or Saturday. Instead of placing me with any of the other doctors as soon as possible and work with me with the schedule, she tells me to come a month and change from today with the least amount of concern or care on her behalf. Lady, if I'm telling you that I have an eye situation where I can't see properly, what makes you think that I can wait over a month to see one of the many doctors in your office? The first time I call I was met with the same level of disregard by a lady with a heavy Spanish accent. Doctors may have a great review but that is only if you can make it past their awful, insensitive and dismissive staff.

Love eye care center, always fast always great, the staff is the best in the area, it's like visiting family , sadly for us it's ones per year. Dr. Blanton and Dr Askary are very thorough and explain things easy to understand terms.

They saw me short notice. Emergency sort of appointment. Super smooth process and a great conversation with a doctor. Highly recommended.
