Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The doctor was great about answering my questions thoroughly. The office felt cozy and welcoming, and I appreciate that I wasn't pressured into purchasing glasses there if I wanted to purchase elsewhere.

The staff are very nice but I will not be returning to this clinic. I brought my own frames after my annual exam and all they had to do was put the lenses on them (I can't pay a couple $100 in this economy). I received a call over a week later telling me that they couldn't use my frames because they were damaged. Funny enough, the frames weren't damaged when I gave them to them. Since it was late during the day I drove all the way and purchased new frames from them. When I finally went to pick up my glasses, the receptionist tells me that the lab staff broke the frames & that's why they couldn't use them. Of course I'm told after I had already paid them for the new frames, it's ridiculous that I had to pay for new frames when they were the ones who broke MINE. If anything, they should've paid the difference since the damage was done by them.

Fantastic experience! Wonderful service from start to finish. I love supporting smaller/local businesses and Dilworth Eye is an awesome private practice. Experienced and friendly staff. Great selection of glasses as well. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dilworth eye is unmatched in my history of optometrist visits. Dr.Bunich and his staff work expeditiously to perform the most thorough exam I have had to date and accomplished it in record time while still taking time to talk through my eye health and ways to improve my eyesight. This showed me a true concern for my health from the doctor and his staff. The staff was so incredibly friendly and professional. They answered any and all questions I had without hesitation. They were very upfront about pricing and I never once got the sense they were out just to drive profit. Dr. Bunich was the absolute best mix of professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He was causal during the exam, talking freely and making me feel comfortable while filling me in on any specific details I was interested in related to my eye care. He offered me several options of contact lenses, letting me try different sets at different price ranges until I found the perfect fit. I cannot recommend this optometrist's practice enough. Great doctor, kind staff, wonderful equipment, fair pricing, just the best you could ask for.

Such an amazing experience here! All the staff was so kind, informative, and personable. They did a great job on my exam and getting me the glasses I needed. Ended up there for an hour and a half mostly because I was talking to the kind staff. I'll be sure to refer Dilworth Eye Associates to all of my friends!

I went there as location is convenient for me. But the service is disappointing. I wanted transition lenses to darkest and it didn't happened. Their prices are costlier than my previous ophthalmologist. I wish they had more choices of frames. PS: I post honest review, and only when other ppl get benefit and save money to not going to business where they have fake reviews about themselves. Dilworth eye is one of it. I was promised to fix their error and they declined to do anything. Save yourself from this business.

Since it has been so long since I wrote this review I wanted to add to my comments. It is even more important now than ever to support small businesses. Dilworth Eye Associates has the BEST customer service. You will receive quality care and not regret using them for all your eye care needs. Are you tired of the big box eye clinics? Do you want great customer service and care? You will not be disappointed if you switch to Dilworth Eye Associates. We all need to support our local entrepreneurs.
