Dr. Benjamin Kramer

My son has been a patient of Dr. Kramer since he was 15 months old and today he is a 7 years old. I don't have a complaint about the doctor or the staff. They all are just an amazing team.

We had a great experience with Dr Kramer and everyone at Horizon Eye. The wait time was reasonable, which is what I was worried about the most with an appointment for my 1yr old. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Dr benjamin C was very professional and kind. He explained everything clearly and made the visit comfortable. I had a positive experience.

3 strike and their out! I only chose Horizon and Dr Kramer because of my child's age and need to be seen asap. This entire 1.5 half has been just the worst experience. 1. The lady in the glass office sold me a warranty for my toddlers glasses. Verbatim "Its good to get for kids because they lose or break them easily" Well a lense popped out thought we lost it, that warranty does not cover a lost lense. Do not be scammed like us. 2. Dr Kramer is knowledgeable but his bedside manner is not it. He barely speaks to you, and when asked questions seems so bothered to answer or makes you feel stupid for even asking. If you are specialized in children, you should at least feel the children are comfortable, he consistently got aggravated with my 4 yr old during the exam. 3. We specifically got stuck at the Mallard Creek office since it was what was available at the time and kept going, but this place is so unorganized. Scheduling mistake made today, not under a cause for me. No email, no text, no call to confirm an appointment, appt was not even in patient portal. I called 2 weeks ago and was told a date and time. I took time off of work, gas to drive 45mins to charlotte, and got up at 6:30am all to be told your appointment was yesterday. They also screwed up another mans appointment while I was there so someone so it wasnt just me.

Dr Kramer was good at explaining a complicated eye condition in simple terms. He took his time to assess the situation and made some necessary changes to make my situation more workable.

I trust only this doctor with my sons eyes he is amazing and so sweet with the children

Dr.Kramer is very polite, knowledgeable doctor. We have been seeing him over 5 years now. He explains everything in detail. Answers all questions. Appointment always starts within 5-10 min of schedule time. Support staff, nurses are also very good. No complaints.
