Dr. Janne Smith

Been a patient of Dr Smiths for 13 years. My latest prescription was incorrect after making it clear my reading vision was affected. No new prescription was given. Called to bring this to their attention and Trip was rude and offered no solution except pay for a new exam. A random updated prescription was sent. Raises too many questions.

Dr. Smith and Trip are fantastic! I never feel rushed, appointments are always on time, and you know you are being well taken care of. Thank you so much for your years of consistent high quality care!

The very best service I have received in the 10 years I have been getting eye exams and glasses. I had a bad experience with customer service and courtesy from my previous Optometrist so I started searching for a new one. I came across Dr. Smith and read the reviews by previous patients and saw that there 58 reviews and all were 5 stars. I said, I have to see this doctor. Come to find out, she was at Target and right around the corner from me. No more driving across town. She was everything the reviewers said she was. Kind, courteous, patient, listened intently to what my needs were, funny and most of all, just did an excellent job with the eye exam. I knew my glasses would be superb, because you can tell when when you receive a service it's going to be great because of the "feeling" you get about the overall experience. Even scheduling the exam online was easy. Kudos to Trip, her assistant. He's awesome in every respect. He's extremely thorough and follows up as needed. I picked the glasses up today, and wouldn't you know, they were just amazing. They were everything I hoped for and some. Thank you Dr. Smith. You're the greatest!

Dr. Smith was wonderful with my two children! She gave both a thorough exam and was very patient. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a good selection for frames that fit my children and look great. Definitely recommend!

I was seen by Dr. Smith a couple days ago after finding her on google and seeing the reviews. The perfect score made me skeptical it was rigged but I thought I'd give it a try and glad I did. Reputation was well earned and everything was great. I've posted negative reviews of other places in the past and believe that when a place or person does good work, they should get recognition for it. So props to Dr. Smith and her office for impressing me!

Never met a person so polite, calm, respectful and having good experience. She has so much of patience explaining the problem with pictures and drawings. Wanted us to be clear on what the problem is and where the problem is. I am lucky to have this Doctor close to our place. My family members and friends go to Dr. Smith. We are ok to wait and get her appointment.

All my family has been visiting Dr.Smith for many years, she always is kind and helpful. She is very sweet with my six year old boy. We appreciate every she does. We highly recommend her.
