I worked with Dr. Ray (Raykovicz) at another doctor's office in the early 2000's so I already knew he was hilarious, fun, and knew his way around an eye. This guy knows his stuff. I looked for him when I had been diagnosed with glaucoma and wanted a second opinion- that's how much I value his expertise. My visit was very informative and he explained things in a manner that I understood. PLUS he gave me the great news that I did not have glaucoma. My daughter is a patient as well. I highly recommend him. He's an awesome doctor and an even more amazing guy.

I chose Mecklenburg Eye, as well as Dr. Blotnick, because of his skill and experience as an eye surgeon for my cataract surgeries. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Blotnick and his knowledgeable staff. It was wonderful that Dr. Blotnick had Laser available to do the incisions in my eye surgeries. The Laser makes the incision a highly accurate procedure. It takes the laser machine exactly ONE MINUTE to exercise and remove the cataract and prepare my eye for a new lifetime multifocal lens. I chose the multifocal lens so that I may return to 20/20 vision. It is so wonderful not to have to ever worry about wearing glasses for the rest of my life. Both my eyes are now 20/20 vision. A miracle surgery thanks to the highly skilled hands of Dr. Blotnick. His staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Plus, it is great to be able to have two offices to go to. Downtown Charlotte as well as University Charlotte. THANK YOU, Dr. Blotnick!
