Love this office. Always professional. They have been my Optometrists for twenty years. For last four or five years I have been under the care of Dr Spencer Moore. She is the BEST. Gives great advice. Uses state of the art equipment. Her referrals to ophthalmologists are based on sound reasons not just a one size fits all. Highly recommend this practice.

I've been Dr. Moore (and now his daughter!) for nearly 15 years. Thoroughly impressed with their care and attention to detail. They have the latest equipment and have served me well with my complex prescription. Highly recommend! The staff in the optical shop are great as well and do an excellent job with fitting and adjustments. The price range for frames is pretty high, though, so if cost is your top priority, you likely will need to shop for frames elsewhere.

Dr. Spencer exemplifies what patient-centered care should look like. She identified an underlying medical condition during my exam that had previously gone unrecognized. While others suggested nothing was wrong, she trusted her clinical judgment and pursued it further, advocating for me even when specialists casted doubt. Her advocacy led me to the right specialist and ultimately prevented what could have become a much more serious health issue. Her thoroughness, expertise, and willingness to fight for her patient truly made a difference. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate optometrist, I highly recommend her. I never thought that I would be a person that actively raves about my eye doctor to everyone I meet but here we are

Been seeing doctors at this office for probably 20 years. Always had a good experience. Friendly, local, efficient, close to my office so it's easy to get away and back usually in under 90 mins, and the folks at the front desk are helpful and welcoming. If you're in the uptown area looking for an eye doc, def give them a try.

Decided to go to Dr. Moore & associates instead of a big name eye doctor (usually go to LensCrafters or 'MyEyeDoctor') partially because they were available the soonest, but also from lackluster experiences in the past. This practice is great, front desk is very friendly and helpful, doctor is patient and knowledgeable without coming off as condescending, rude, or rushed. Another thing I really liked about this practice is they don't immediately rush you into the frames section, where there's a sales agent waiting to badger you. I felt no pressure at all to spend more money on frames, never felt burdened by hungry sales reps, and overall had a very pleasant experience. It may be a bit more expensive then the chains, but honestly this feels much more like a doctors office rather than a retail lens store with an office attached. Really recommend, everyone that works here is lovely and I'll be back next year.

I've been a patient for 6 years and always have had a great experience at this office! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Starting with the welcoming front desk team to the kind gentleman who assists with picking out glasses. The doctors are all knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable during your visit. They are also respectful of your time and make the whole process smooth and efficient. I appreciate that they offer parking validation if needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and topnotch exam in a friendly, personalized appointment. Dr. Steven Moore and Dr. Spencer Moore are incredibly knowledgeable in their profession and in addressing my individual eye care. They make Healthcare appointments fun. Dr. Spencer Moore is fantastic. She conducts comprehensive tests, offers detailed explanations, and shows endless patience with my questions and conversation. Love the professional staff, including the technician, admin/desk staff and (although I did not purchase new glasses this time) the optical shop staff. Appointments are easy to make/change, and billing insurance is seamless.
