Dr. Bergin is excellent, truly the best. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and makes every visit a great experience. Unfortunately, the front office staff needs significant improvement. I ordered glasses over a month ago and was told they would arrive in two weeks. A full month passed with no update, so I called to check the status. I was placed on hold for an extremely long time, only to be told they didn't have them. When I asked for an updated timeline, I was put on hold again. Eventually, Maria got on the phone and informed me that my glasses were actually lost in transit and that she forgot to call me. While I was then told they should arrive in another 5-7 days, the lack of communication, professionalism, and courtesy was disappointing. Thankfully, I also wear contacts and don't urgently need the glasses, but patients should not have to chase basic updates. Dr. Bergin is wonderful, but the office staff experience does not match the level of care she provides. UPDATE: Thank you to the office manager for reaching out to address my concerns. She apologized on behalf of the front office staff and took the time to listen. I appreciate her professionalism and the offer of free contacts as a goodwill gesture. I'm hopeful this experience helps improve future interactions for patients.

Wonderful eye care office. Everyone was very helpful and superb customer service. Dr Patel is an excellent through doctor who went over everything with me and did not rush with the exam. Mary was great with helping me pick out my eyeglasses frame .She knew her styles and gave me options on what would suit me perfect. Everyone from the front desk admin to the lab techs were great. 10 out of 10. If anyone is looking for a great eye care facility , this is it. Great job !

Dr. Bergin is truly exceptional. She saw me after hours, late in the evening, to help with debris in my eye and took the time to thoroughly check everything to make sure I was okay. What makes this even more remarkable is that she came in while she was out on a date with her husband--something she absolutely did not have to do. Her level of care, compassion, and dedication went far beyond what I expected. She was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. It's rare to find a doctor who goes so far above and beyond for their patients. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend Dr. Bergin.

They are great! They have alternatives to dilation and they are very knowledgeable to a contact and glasses user. The glasses department also did a great job finding frames that were my style and got me hooked up with lots of deals to save me money on everything I purchased(:

All of the staff members were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Patel was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and really took the time to ensure I was well-informed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office!

The Staff and Dr's are highly intelligent and customer responsive. It is hard to find this type of care in a hustle bustle society we live in today. That said, I am very difficult to accommodate and as such they did and took very good care of me. Therefore, I would recommend them to all as a quality establishment. Fyi- my wife has been going to Dr Bergin for a while and is thrilled with her and I am now seeing Dr Patel and I to am thrilled with her! So as a family they have become our Eye specialist and Dr's. Thanks Doc for your helpfulness.

My first visit to Excel Eyecare with Dr. Patel was extremely pleasant. I was seen in a timely manner and was given her full attention. Craig and Sabina were very kind and compassionate, especially with me getting fitted for my scleral contacts for the first time.

Everyone was Super nice! Dr. Bergin was very knowledgeable and had several options to offer. Her explanations were clear and she was open to questions. Plan to follow up with this practice !
