From the very first phone conversation, I was impressed. As I sat waiting for my turn, the front desk was polite and caring with everyone they encountered. When it was my turn, I was impressed with the knowledge and confidence of my technician. The Dr. Washington was patient and explained what was going on with my eyes in great detail. The young lady who assisted me when choosing my frames had a wonderful personality and was exceptionally helpful.
I will be returning and I will recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!

Over 6 years my son has been going to this location. Went for eye exam to get new contacts. They gave him the temporary until the new ones arrived. Whole trying to use moms flex spend card (for some reason didn't work)... here's the issue for me. They tell him if he can't pay the 114 now he would have to take the contacts out and give them back.
What can you do with used contacts, he and his mother have been buying and spending for over 6 years and has insurance. Glad I was able to stop by to pick him up and pay for it.
That was a crazy experience smh

Not so good. I find it difficult to believe that the office did not know they were closing on 12/6 when we went on 11/25 because they never bothered to mention it. I called
many times after receiving a letter telling me that the office closed. I simply wanted to find out when/where to pick up my glasses and finally decided to stop by and my glasses were actually there. I never even received a call back. This was a terrible experience after dropping almost $500 on a pr of glasses. I would never use this practice again, never.

My first visit to eyecare center and I will return. The ladies at the front desk greeted me promptly and were very nice. Dr. Mehta was very pleasant and thorough. I would have given five stars but I haven't received my glasses yet. Stay tuned for update. Update (8/12/24), definitely will not be returning to this center. Picked up glasses for the second time today after they got the prescription wrong the first time. Apparently my eyes changed in two weeks. This time the frames are bowed or uneven. And the staff not as friendly or helpful as they were on my first visit. Probably will not be wearing these glasses. It still rings true, you get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better.

The office staff and Dr. Washington were very helpful. I felt bad because I initially showed up late but they were able to still get me in to see the doctor.
They explained what I should expect during the exam and what my insurance would cover.
I also went in to be fitted for contacts for the first time ever and they explained my best options on what to purchase. I also had no idea about classes for inserting contacts! Glad this training is available.
