Moving to a new area and finding new doctors can be stressful, but I'm so glad I found eyecarecenter. From start to finish, the experience was efficient and seamless. Dr. B was incredibly friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The rest of the team was just as kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I'll definitely be sticking with them and highly recommend to anyone looking for great eye care.

From start to finish, my experience was excellent! The whole team was professional and friendly. Dr. Schorner took excellent care of me. She spent time and was VERY thorough trying to perfect my lens prescription. She made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands! I cannot recommend her enough! I drove out of my to see her at a different location and very glad I did! 5 stars all the way!! She was by far the best eye doctor I have been to!!

I highly recommend against this eye care center due to the lack of staffing & professionalism. I made contact lens appointments months out for my teens, went to the appmt and then were told a 2nd appmt must be made for "lens fitting". We then were given the next available appmt, waiting 6 weeks further. Less than 24 hours prior to this now 2nd appmt (of which we changed other appmts to accommodate), the center called and cancelled. The earliest they can now schedule my son for his much needed "contact fitting" is in another 3 months. Never an apology. This seems a bit like insurance fraud and terrible customer service. I am waiting yet for a manager to call back to further explain why it will take 2 appmts and 6 months to simply get much needed corrective lenses. I would recommend going anywhere else but here.

Parking instructions not advised. I wasn't sure where to go but I guess that was my fault for not calling while driving. Arrived 5 minutes past the grace period which is 10 minutes. That's ridiculous considering no info provided on having to walk around the block before finding the office. Did not reschedule because it's next to impossible to be seen again anyways. Receptionists were welcoming that's about it. Some guy with glasses didn't even bother looking at me just told me to reschedule. Yea right.

Everybody was very nice. This was my daughter first eye appointment and they made her feel really comfortable. Once I told them she was nervous they made sure to make it fun for her. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work

Took multiple calls to speak with different schedulers to get good reschedule options. Not lenient on being a little late when you have to park in a parking deck and walk around the block to get to the door. All around disappointing experience and do not recommend.
