I had such a great experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth by providing a link prior to my visit.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for several years and at every visit, Dr. Jones and her staff show concern and compassion. They make the time for their customers, ensuring that there is a clear understanding of the expectations/steps that are being taken.
I was recently seen by an eye specialist for narrow angling which resulted in laser surgery. The eye specialist never scheduled me for a follow-up appointment and told me to see Dr. Jones in 2 to 4 weeks. I suffered a lot of discomfort and pain following the procedure even after calling the eye specialists office several times. Dr. Jones and her staff were quick to get me in for a follow up to ensure that the procedure took and rule out any complications from the surgery.
Dr. Jones goes above and beyond in spending time with her patients! Most importantly, she listens to her patients and addresses their questions! Nowadays, care and compassion is lacking in the medical fields... however, not from this office! Highly recommend FY Eye Care!

I love my experience at this office and plan to make this my new eye doctor. So far I have been twice. The first time was for my check up and the second time was a follow up. Both times I was greeted my friendly front desk that were approachable, kind and genuine. When going to my room to be seen, I met Dr. Jones for the first time. She was friendly, kind, a great listener but most importantly knowledgeable. As someone who is very self aware and ask a lot of questions, Dr.Jones was patient, took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. She made me feel seen and heard. She does a thorough examination, I love that she actively takes notes throughout the exam, and just overall engaging. She had a way of building trust quickly, and created a space that encouraged my comfortability. I also love that her personality shines through, and she felt like a human. Highly recommend this doctors office for your eye health

Before my husband and I scheduled an appointment we collected a list of eye doctors in the area to extensively review. Well, Dr. Jones and staff did NOT disappoint;) Dr. Jones is just as good on paper, as in person!!! My husband is very intelligent and it can be hard to keep up with his head. That being said, she did a VERY thorough job at my simple examination & my husbands more complex examination. I was there as a routine, but he was having trouble with one of his eyes. The staff even did a good job at explaining what they were doing for the first couple of eye exercises and photos. I ask lots of questions and they were happy to help! They even helped pick out a pair of readers. It felt like our first time since it had been a while (no good excuses). Most people pay for the insurance and DO NOT use it. You should. Getting in front of things is AlWAYS better than a pile of problems:/ We will be back, as we put her in our yearly rotation!
