Dr Beaupre was very professional, thorough and with excellent my bedside manners. He explained every procedure and addressed my concerns thoroughly with patience and kindness. I'm transferring the rest of my family to his practice because of him. The male receptionist was extremely rude upon arrival, summoning patients with the wave of his hand to be checked in. No words or a smile, I almost left, did not appreciate being treated like cattle. The rest of the visit was very pleasant.

My husband and I have been patients at Horizon for atleast 10 + years even before the current location. A few years back I had cataract surgery by one of the doctors that went very well. However since that time in the back and forth follow ups and check ups the main front desk receptionists mannerisms have changed. When clients comes to the office with their various eye problems, some serious, we want to be greeted with atleast a pleasant demeanor or a smile. God forbid you challenge an issue then it becomes an unprofessional tone without a solution or follow up conclusion. Over the years the office has grown and it's a favor to receive an appointment. As a result I will no longer be a patient at Horizon Eye Care and surely I won't be missed. But Most importantly Doctors should know that the front desk represents their office. Respectfully, Mrs L
