The staff at the store is very helpful and friendly. If you face any difficulty wearing the glasses, you're in luck--they make the exchange process easy and allow you to replace them with a new pair.
One thing i would like to emphasize that you will get Long wait times for orders or lack of communication about delivery.

The eye exam and their staff was amazing. But the LensCrafters employee completely ripped me off.. guess they make commission because he didn't even apply the 40% deal they had going on, but instead used my insurance discount which was a lot less effective, and added the most expensive lenses they had instead of explaining the prices and asking what I wanted. I went online and paid half of what I paid in store.. definitely will be returning them when I get them and will never shop in store with the employees again.

Since starting with my current company, I've only gone to this LensCrafters location and it never disappoints! From choosing my first set of glasses and sunglasses (with my prescription in them of course), to promptly getting replacement sunglasses, to helping me get them fixed/adjusted at any time. I'll drive across town to go to this location.
They were extremely helpful today, probably my easiest visit to them. My glasses got out of whack due to an altercation with a wall, and they were able to get me settled quickly. Will always recommend!

I went on my lunch break to try and get my prescription Oakley's fixed on Christmas Eve. Ariel helped me quickly figure out the best solution. She had a co worker ring me up after giving me the best discount available. She then herself put my old lenses into a brand new frame. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Now I'm happily driving with my shades on for Christmas!! Extremely happy and why I always use Lens Crafters as they hire the most helps and nice people! Thanks again, Ariel!

Mark took his time going through the different AI glasses options and explaining features. The only knock we had during our visit (very, very minor) was that they didn't have all the color options in store. Nonetheless, we ordered our AI glasses after a great experience.
