Dr. Gifford and I realized at my most recent appointment I've been going to him for over 16 years (since I was in middle school)!! I, now along with my husband, will continue to go for as long as I can!

Please know that Dr. Gifford was highly recommended by a friend and I tried hard to become a client! I called twice within a 10 day period during business hours and no one answered so I left voice messages. No one called me back, so I called a 3rd time today and reached someone. The woman who answered was unapologetic, and instead was rude and dismissive. It's possible that you have the wrong person handling your communication - she cost you this new client and has likely cost you others.

Dr. Gifford is very thorough and informative as well as very professional, personable and skilled. I have been a patient for many years and everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful , especially Tiffany. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Gifford is a very nice person and has a pleasant attitude. The reception staff are quite nice too. Dr. Gifford is unique because all he does is check your vision, offers points of view that are necessary for good eye care. He answers all question thoroughly and is quick to offer a hand shake along with a warm good-bye. What my wife and I specifically like, Dr. Gifford only writes the prescription; he doesn't sell glasses or frames. This allows the patient to choose where to purchase your glasses. There are many choices including VisionWorks next door and selecting the best deal is great. I have purchased excellent lens and frames from Costco for very reasonable prices and important guaranties.

Dr Gifford is a great doctor, unfortunately his staff level of service is less than desirable. Twice so far, thy have taken weeks or days to get back to me, for things as simple as : please email me my glasses prescription, or please call the pharmacy and send them my prescription.

Dr. Gifford is AMAZING! This review is so overdue. Summer of 21, I had something stuck in my eye after a battle with a pair of magnetic eyelashes (one that I did not win). Nothing was visible to me when I could open my eye, which was barely possible as the pain resulting from whatever was lodged in my eye was excruciating! I went to the ER - and after an increibly lengthy wait (ER on a Friday night ) - no resolution. Then the next day I saw an opthomologist - who literally swabbed the back of my eyeball (also exceptionally uncomfortable) - still nothing (other than a the glaring lack of bedside manner of the ophthalmologist!) Finally I returned to my optometrist, Dr. Gifford, who took one brief look at my eye with the slit lamp and pulled out the microscopic piece of metal which had been lodged in my eye. He even took a picture of it and enlarged it in an email he sent to me. Dr. Gifford accomplished in a matter of seconds what two other expert professionals could not over the course of 48 + hours and two.painful visits. Thank goodness for Dr. Gifford and his awesome staff. from a patient for LIFE!

Very thorough exam. Dr. Gifford explained everything as he did my eye exam. He has a very pleasant manner in dealing with his patients. He was honest about me not needing a new pair of glasses.

Dr Gifford and his staff are doing a great job. I had have been a patience of Dr Gifford for a long time and I will keep coming back to him for his knowledge and pleasant attitude.
