Ashley and Joe should be copied and replicated as examples of outstanding customer service! They are both so positive and full of joy and have made each of my visits there extremely uplifting. Ashley is particularly responsive by email and patient on site with my many questions. Joe is a technical guru who walked me through my new Meta AI glasses use expertly. I hope they will be recognized for their excellent customer service and, thanks to them and Dr. Virnig's expert care, I have now recommended this location to many friends! Thank you my eye doctor Uptown!

OMG!!!!! This staff is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! More like 500 stars! They were so informative about options in products, services and payments! I was kinda nervous because I hadn't had an eye exam in forever! I just knew they were gonna tell me I can't see lol! It was nowhere as bad as I expected and they helped me find some amazing frames and I am going back for a contact lens fitting and class. I would recommend the Uptown location to Everyone!!!!

I've had a wonderful experience. Laura, who I've dubbed my stylist, helped to select 3 pair of glasses that are functional and represent my style. Dr. Virnig was thorough and explained all my options for vision care. And, Ashley and all staff were helpful and kind

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vernig, Laura and Karla. All very friendly and helpful with getting my contact prescription squared away. Laura was especially helpful in looking for ways to save money and making sure I knew how to send in my rebate

This office has an absolute all-star team between Dr. Wells, the intake associate who completed my pre-exam, and sales associate Joe. I genuinely had a very positive experience today!

I normally don't do reviews but my interaction with Shaniece over the phone wasn't pleasant. I was having issues with parking and she just dismissed the issue instead of telling me about the parking garage behind the building so that I wouldn't be late to my appointment. Luckily someone else called me back and told me about parking. Once I got into the building Shaniece was the loudest person ever. I actually cringed when she started talking. To me it was very unprofessional and ghetto. Now the rest of the staff are always polite professional and friendly. Ms. Laura always makes sure that I understand everything in relation to my plan and she always assists me with picking out my glasses.

Dr. Virnig is awesome! I have been going here for a few years and she is always so helpful and makes the process super smooth sailing. Additionally, the brunette lady (Laura I believe) that helped me with my glasses was super helpful as well. However, the interactions I have had with both Shaniece and Karla over the phone have been pretty rude. Shaniece informed me that my contacts were not there yet, and they could come that day, or they may not. She was very uninformative with an attitude. Then when I called back within 1 minute, to see if I could quickly cancel the order and go through another Myeyedr for the contacts, Karla answered and said they were there and was super rude about the whole situation. There is clearly a lot of miscommunication and lack of professionalism.

Laura is exceptional. As soon as I walked in the door she noticed my face and immediately picked out a beautiful selection of glasses. I highly recommend Laura.
