Everyone at this office is fantastic! Angela was very personable and explained things about my insurance and the eye tests that I had never been informed of before. Dr. Walters was friendly and worked to help me put in my contacts easier and explained things about how the contacts affect my eyes. Sarah, who finished up my paperwork, was extremely courteous and made sure I got the best price for my contacts. I've always had good experiences at MyEyeDr, but this one was phenomenal.

Hello, my wife and I have been customers for several years now. We just recently started coming to this particular location. I must say overall the service and experience have been fairly decent; however the receptionist (Asha or however it's pronounced or spelled) is very rude and condescending, and overall unprofessional; my wife and I both have had terrible interactions with this young lady. She does not display the type of mental maturity that one needs to work in this capacity; it's not brain surgery by far but have some manners. Especially when dealing with those old enough to be your parents. Each time I visit I dread having to deal with this young lady. I am confident with more training, and a development of inter-personable skills. Please take this opportunity to readjust your employee or I will have to take mine and my wife's business elsewhere. We will not tolerate disrespect especially when it's not warranted.

I had lenses put into some existing frames I had previously purchased at this MYEyeDr. This was in July and I was assisted by a manager named Tim who rang up my balance which I paid in full. About a month later I received a bill for 90 additional dollars. My wife (who used to work in medical billing) called customer service and had extensive conversations with them which were fruitless. My receipt from the purchase shows the total $200 dollars less then what MYEyeDr billed the insurance. So something isn't right! I tried to call the store but just got trapped in a automated answering system. I DO NOT recommend this store! UPDATE: I did receive a call from MYEYEDR and the billing issue was explained to my satisfaction in an email. Thank you Simone!

I used to come here to get my eyes examined until they got a little too pricey. Nonetheless, When I returned to at least get a quote on getting my prescription in a pair of glasses purchased else where. When I went in Monday, I was told no one was there to assist me until Thursday. I called Thursday, still no one. I called again Friday, NO ONE. Finally on Saturday when I called again they took my number and said someone would give me a call once they're off their lunch break. That was 2 wks ago. Im not sure what happened to this location but they have fallen off. If I could give this place less than 1 Star, I would.

Myeyedr is the worst. I ordered glasses on 8/9/25 from the arrowood location, after 3 weeks of waiting on my glasses. I called the arrowood location they told me there was a problem with my insurance. I called my insurance and they told me the glasses had been approved and paid on 8/10. Called myeyedr with insurance on the phone, come to find out the incompetance of the arrowood location sent in wrong information and had the glasses processed by the university location. Called the university location where they canceled the order reordered the glasses. Today is 9/26/2025 i received a vmail saying they refunded me the order after waiting over 2 months. They have the worst customer service.... Please Please do not go to them!!!!!! Replying to the owner. You guys did not call me at all.... i did not get a voicemail.. i called you to check on if my glasses were in... what you did was refund me, as to say Oh well!!! I find this very dismisive after i have been waiting on the glasses for almost 3 months and everytime i call its something different. I was told this last time they didnt have the frames i wanted but instead of letting me come in and pick another pair i was refunded... as if to say go somewhere else...

I believe Sarah was her name,if not I'm very sorry! Well the 2 ladies went abo e and beyond to help .me find some sunglasses! They were very nice and super friendly! 12-10-25 was the date is was reaching for sunglasses! THANK YOU LADIES I APPRECIATE YOU SO VERY MUCH!

The two front desk ladies are both rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to make an extra trip and I was the only person in the office and needed my prescription printed out since I didn't receive a copy at my appointment. I had to wait almost twenty minutes before my prescription was given to me until one of the ladies got around to it even though it was just myself there. The front desk refused to even print out my prescription until I could show proof of me logging into my account and showing my prescription, even though they can see the prescription themselves.

Great experience in and out the admin on duty was very helpful the other young lady helped me pick out a great pair of glasses I highly recommend this location
