Excellent service all around. Quick and easy. Dr. Gaskins was great. My eyeglasses consultant Tiara helped me get the best price for contacts and glasses through my insurance. Will definitely be returning next year for my next exam.

Dr Sheffer has always been awesome. I travel in from Atlanta to only see him even though I have a location less than 5 minutes from my home in GA. It was such a pleasure interacting with Carla. Such a calming demeanor while she explained everything that was going on and kept me moving. The cherry on top was Adam. I truly enjoyed the interaction with him today when discussing the eye glasses I selected. He gave recommendations and validated what I was already thinking without me having to say it. He has exquisite taste and a great eye (no pun intended). Bottomline I always have a superb experience at this location thus the reason I travel back to NC for my eye appointments. I sincerely trust them with my eyes.

I have been to two other eye doctor locations. The one on Randolph Rd is by far the best. From the female that did my initial exam, to Dr. B who performed my eye exam to Adam who assisted me with my frames. They were professional, personable , attentive , truly willing to help. Dr. B and Adam have a great sense of humor .. I felt I was talking to old friends not just people I just met. They are both have genuine personalities.

Tony the man! He got me handled and taken care of within 20 minutes. I had another appointment. He was funny and got me out in a timely manner. Thank you My Eye Dr for bringing Tony onto the team! Will be back next month for some Shades!

If you were glasses, this place is the best. All the ODs we have had have been great especially Dr Gaskins. The technicians are well versed and professional. Once you find out what you need in eyewear, friendly and courteous eyewear technicians like Cameron will make sure you are all set to go. If by off chance there is an issue, they take care of it immediately. I think they are hemmed in by manufacturers sometimes but overall great place.

Dr. Walters was great, very down to earth and straightforward. She helped me think about how to resolve some issues I've been having with contacts without being imposing or rushing. The technician and lens/eyewear specialist were great, explained everything, responded to questions, very personable. Tony put up with me changing my order and was very kind about listening to what I wanted. Great!

MyEyeDr. Randolph Road location is superb! Rebecca is super helpful and a pleasure to work with along with all of the staff there. Dr. Gaskins is a very thorough and knowledgeable provider. The selection of eyewear is current and they offer a wide range of styles. I will definitely continue to support this office!

TONY, was super helpful, informative, and offered promo's. Saved me a ton of money on a new set of frames, lenses, contacts..the whole package deal! I Highly recommend Tony, super friendly staff and thanks to Dr Gaskins as well for being honest with concerning issues of my eye health!!!
