My husband and I were new patients at this establishment today. The staff is really nice and things went smoothly. We had early appointments with absolutely no wait time. I found the glasses I wanted with the first pair I tried on! And they seem to have a good variety of frames, so you can find what you want. I just happened to know exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Hannah Lewis seemed down to earth and kind. I liked her and the staff. We will continue to go here for our eye care needs.

I came in for a regular vision check and a medical check because of some ocular migraines I've been having and left feeling like I had some answers and step forward I can take. The staff was so nice and my eye doctor was very helpful, I made it in and out with some tests and my results in less than forty five minutes! I will be coming back to keep up with my results as I take their advice, definitely recommend this location!!

My experience at MYEYEDR. was extremely pleasant! They gave me the Red Carpet treatment! Stacy was phenomenal! She personally negotiated with my employer to pay for benefits that were not included my coverage! She saved me hundreds of dollars! I'm truly grateful! I recommend everyone go to the Independence Blvd location for their optometry needs!

I regret to say that this establishment clearly prioritizes patients with private insurance over those with Medicaid. During my recent visit, I witnessed and experienced a stark difference in scheduling priority, time spent with providers, and overall courtesy. When I addressed this concern with General Manager Ashley, I was dismissively told it was "policy" or "scheduling constraints," with no empathy or willingness to investigate. A healthcare facility should treat all patients with equal care and respect, regardless of their payment source. The attitude from leadership sets a tone that Medicaid patients are a burden, not people deserving of quality care. I cannot recommend this place to anyone on state-assisted insurance.

My experience with Dr Hannah was great. The glasses tech who took my payment and ordered my glasses was awesome as well. Great personality throughout the establishment. My needs were met beyond expectations. Definitely a place to consider when it comes to taking care of your eyes!

I cant even begin to say how wonderful Dr Hannah and her staff are. I have major panic attacks and if I wait to long I just leave. I was seen on time and Dr Hannah and the staff were so patient and kind. They explained everything before doing anything. After my test Dr Hannah took the time to explaine everything to me and asked if I had any concerns or questions. I had the best experience her and will recommend to anyone. 5 stars isn't enough.

Ashley, Stacy and the Doctor are a dream team. Easy check in process, exam and selecting my frames was quick, easy and thorough. No cutting corners and short cuts. I highly recommend them!

My visit was wonderful. The office is very clean. The staff was excellent and courteous. Assisted me in lowering my payment. The doctor is a young professional woman of color and is truly and inspiration to me. Always answering questions and concerns. I feel comfortable and cared for and the office is highly recommended.
