This office is incredibly well-run, and every employee I've interacted with has been kind, attentive, and professional. I've been a patient of Dr. Idoni for over three years, and she consistently provides exceptional care with a warm, welcoming demeanor. Her assistant was just as wonderful--patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Amber, who went above and beyond to work with my insurance and make sure I received the best possible pricing. Her customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this practice!

Outstanding environment very professional and yet very friendly. Very nice, neat and clean decor. Jennifer Idoni, OD was very pleasant, quick and to the point, just how I like My visits to be. I Was able to obtain extra information on another set of glasses for backup with better customization options thanks to Amber Day. Ms. Day provided outstanding customer service detailed information and really gave me something to seriously consider. I will definitely continue to book my future appointments at this location and will most definitely if not now in the near future purchase my backup glasses from here. Customer satisfaction 10 out of 10 all day.

Love love love this location, I just left and had THE BEST experience. The staff was a breath of fresh air, my appointment was last min( literally scheduled at 2:50 and my appt was at 3:40) major shout out to Krista, Yana for their patience snd expertise. I didn't have to put much thought into anything, picked a color and frame and they took care of the rest. 10/10 definitely recommend !!!!

I was running late, due to late pic up, I called and they were kind about it and called me right back due to a cancelation and got me in an hour later. I was greeted warmly at front desk and tests went smoothly. Dr. Idoni was kind and helpful and found my issue right away! And Ayana is above and beyond! Makes you really comfortable! She helped me with my lense prescription, frames ect. She listens to your concerns and gives sound advice. I recommend this office! Thank you myeyedoctor and employees.

The ladies at the S.Blvd location were extremely helpful and kind. I needed an emergency pair of contacts because my order was not going to arrive before I was scheduled to travel. I called to inquire about my prescription's availability, they had a trial pair ready when I arrived and they were able to assist me with ordering an additional prescription before the end of the year. I will return to this location for future visits.

Due to a series of unfortunate events my son was without a current prescription to replace damaged glasses and difficulty getting a timely appointment. I spoke first with Amber, then with Krista at this location. They both treated me with grace and professionalism in the midst of a busy time. They took my number and called me back to assist me. Kirsta researched my problem with Medicaid and helped me reach a satisfactory solution. Amber directed me to a different location that had an earlier appointment than their office could offer. I appreciated the extra mile both went in dealing with a slightly overwhelmed mother of a disabled son.

I've been trying to get contacts for 6 months. It's tough not being able to see and each time I book with MyEyeDr, they call me a day before my appointment and make me reschedule for months later. It's frustrating and when I told the receptionist their customer service was making me want to jump off a cliff, she said that's not her problem and I can pay out of pocket to be seen faster. Great empathy, Amber!
