I have been a patient on this location for years. Every time I go there they cannot find me as a patient and the front office and staff is really unprofessional making me to feel you are not a patient at this location!!!! Who knows more than them? when all my eyes prescription are been issued by this location. They don't take ownership of whatever issue they have with my profile and instead they put their fault back on me that I am not a patient at this location. Just recently took my daughter for her appointment. I ordered a year supply for her and mentioned to the lady that I wanted to order a box of contact for myself. I paid for a year supply for my daughter and a box supposedly for myself. Now calling the office to check the status of my order,and this what I get. You are not a patient in here're! Sorry. The front desk speaks to some in back, I am literally listening to their conversation and the other staff replies that it won't make sense if they ordered a box for me if they cannot find me in the system, when i specifically mentioned the lady who helped ordering that I was ordering a box for me. On top of that they told me "My daughter contacts will arrive at our house and mine to the office". Therefore, that was the reason for my call to check on my status. It seems they are not paying attention to detail in addition to the need to be retrained for their customer service. Front office said a very fake apologies but making me to feel that I'm the crazy one because I'm not a patient in there! Time for me to take myself and my family to a different provider!!!!!!

My visit with Dr. Beach was exceptional from start to finish. The staff (Hailee [manager], and Via were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. Mya] took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The exam was thorough, and I never felt rushed. I left feeling confident about my eye health and impressed with the level of service. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor!

I purchased new glasses here and a protection plan allowing for one free lens replacement per year. My glasses were scratched when I picked them up and MyEyeDr replaced them. Fast forward a couple months, my lens crack - I didn't drop them or damage them. Literally cracked out of nowhere. I call MyEyeDr to replace the lens and they say that I already used my protection plan for the year. Wait...the first scratch from when I picked them up went on MY protection plan? Yep! Their mistake went on my protection plan and now "there's nothing they can do." But after calling a different MyEyeDr office, they told me that my protection plan hadn't yet been used and I was eligible for a free replacement lens. So were they lying or just incompetent? I don't know, but I suggest going somewhere else so you don't have to find out. Cheap materials and coatings and extremely rude staff. Don't go here for your eyewear needs unless you want to spend hundreds of dollar on low-quality products.

I had an appointment on August 29th and was told it would take longer for my contacts to get to me due to my prescription. They were to be shipped to my house when ready. My husband went on the same day as me and received his contacts within a month of our visit. I got a call on October 14th stating that my contacts were in and ready for me to pick up. This was almost two months after my appointment and the delivery was supposed to be made straight to my home. I was unable to pick up my contacts until the following Tuesday. When I got there they only had right prescription. They were unable to find the other box of contacts. I was told they would call me the next day with an update. I never received a call. I called that Thursday asking for an update and there were no kites in my chart about the mishap. The person I spoke to was not helpful and almost rude. I was told they would order my contacts and they would be in within two weeks. 1. Where did my box of contacts that were originally delivered go? 2. Why will it only take 2 weeks when I have already waited 2 months at this point? On November 4th I received a call saying my left eye prescription was in and I could pick up! Thank god right? No. When I went to pick up they only had TWO contacts. Two singular contacts. I purchased a whole box. Where is the rest of my order? Why are there no answers? I am beyond frustrated with this as I need my contacts. I wear them daily and am going on 3 months since my appointment without the contacts I pad $300 for! I will never be using this location ever again and do not recommend anyone else does either.

This office has zero professionalism and zero accountability. A staff member named Mya called me was rude, yelling, and then hung up on me mid-conversation. That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. A manager said she would call me back to fix the issue -- she never did. No follow-up, no apology, no concern at all. So I see where Mya gets it from & this manager is new! Not surprising as last year they were short staff! What makes this even more ridiculous is that this happens every single year. Every year there is a mistake, and every year they blame someone else -- the insurance, the system, anyone but themselves. Somehow it's always the patient's responsibility to clean up their mess. They made the billing error, yet expected me to call my insurance to correct it. That is not my job. This office takes no responsibility, provides terrible customer service, and clearly does not value patients. If you're looking for an eye doctor that is organized, respectful, and accountable, this is NOT the place. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I have always had a good experience until it was time to pick up my contacts. On the way to the facility I called to let them know that I would arrive 1 min after closing and the rep (Mya) refused to allow me to pick them up. She was very condescending and inconsiderate of my requests. I even asked her to leave them by the door. Eventually, I asked to speak to her manager she asked me to hold and then came back to the phone to lie and say her manager Haley was not there. Mind you I had just spoke to this same rep a week prior to order the contacts and she told me she was new. The fact that this occurred after me being a client for nearly 10 years, left a bad taste in my mouth therefore, I will no longer use my eye dr. My experience with every doctor that I have seen there has been a pleasure, which is why I'm rating my experience at this office as 2 as opposed to a 1.

I visited here for the first time on November 21, 2022. Dr David Wells, was the doctor who saw me. He was great! Such a pleasant visit I had that I asked him to be my eye doctor. He told that he was filling in for the regular doctor who wasn't there on that particular day. He stated that she was great as well and kind. I came back 1 week or 2 week later to pickup my glasses. I got a pair of Coach glasses, Black with Gold Trim on the frame. They are cute. Love them. Next time will get another pair on a different color. The eye exam itself went well, but my checkout experience was frustrating. The staff member who checked me out seemed annoyed by my questions, and only after I asked about my insurance did we realize my contact lens exam had been coded incorrectly as a "premium" fitting. They did issue a refund, but the way she explained the situation to her manager came across as rude and unprofessional. I was not informed ahead of time about the "premium" fitting coding that impacted my insurance coverage.
