Queen City Eye

I made my appointment online and it was simple and fast. When I arrived the front desk was friendly and welcoming and got me started right away, completing all the initial checks and getting me ready for Dr. Neal. Dr. Neal was friendly, courteous and professional and did a thorough check of my eyes and current prescriptions, reviewed my history and went over my scans. Everything about my visit was wonderful and just what I would expect and hope for. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, no delays or long waits. Pricing was great for the services received. Overall excellent experience and I will use again and highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Queen City Eye. My wife and I had been looking for a new Optometrist since My Eye Doctor moved farther out from us. We had been using them for years for lack of a better alternative. We chose Queen City Eye based on their consistently good reviews and proximity to our house. It is owned by a husband and wife team of Optometrists who do all of the appointments. Dr Nassar is very nice and took all the time I needed to answer every question. She changed my contact presecription and brand after I told of my issues. Both changes have been excellent - just what I needed. Their office is just outside of the Costco entrance so it is extremely easy to go next door to pick up glasses and contacts. The only complaint I would have is the same with all optometrists nowadays. They go ahead and perform the retinal scan without mentioning the extra charge or giving you an opportunity to opt out. I have gotten the scan every year for a while anyway so it did not surprise me; just disappointed a little bit since they are so outstanding in every other way.

Wonderful office. Best experience I've had since I began getting my eyes checked. Great customer service from the time I walked in to the time I left. Very attentive and cordial, made me feel welcome and not like a number next in line. I will definitely visit again and recommend.

So glad Queen City Eye opened at Costco! The appointment was easy to make, the office was flexible when I needed to adjust the time a little bit, the process was smooth and helpful, price was right, everyone was really friendly and great, and I walked straight into Costco's optical department with my new prescription in hand. I will definitely go back!

I had a great visit. The assistant out front was kind and competent. The Dr. was professional and personable and my exam was thorough. He took the time to fit me for the clearest vision for the strength of my glasses and contacts. This is my third year using Queen Eye City and I will go back next year

Greeting staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. I was able to arrange an appt. For that morning. They have an efficient process established and optometrist was great. They took good care of me and provided me with helpful tips for my new prescription glasses. Thanks to everyone there for a great eye exam
