She rushed in. Spent 6 min checking my eyes. Told me to use OTC eye drops for dryness. Never asked if I was already using them, how often, if it was helping. Her total time with me was maybe 15 min. Did not ask for her specifically when I made appt and assumed I would see the physician who treated me last. Appt desk did not ask when I made appt. Would not see her again.

I was scheduled for the wrong doctor and still was charged a co-pay. The front desk, assistant, and doctor all confirmed I should have been scheduled for another doctor and that it was a errror. The doctor provided services I did not need to justify the error and co-pay.
Despite the error I was told I could not get a refund and I would need to make another appointment and pay another co-pay. I feel like this was more about the money than correcting a error. If patients miss an appointment they will still charged $50. If this is the case the office should correct any errors that they make. I contacted my insurance company and they said I should have received a refund for this error.
